Worst hotel service I've ever stayed in. It's service! ! ! We were the only ones who checked in at the front desk. A middle-aged woman couldn't handle it for a long time, but finally a young man came and did it in minutes. When checking out, the deposit is paid by credit card. We were on the highway at the time. The hotel called and told me that my credit card payment password was needed. Only then can the deposit be refunded. This is the first time I have encountered this situation on Ctrip for so many years. In the end, I went to customer service to get the deposit back. Bad review! ! ! '

百分百滿分的酒店，這次帶家裡人到紅河州自駕遊，看到州政府旁邊的這家酒店有家庭房，230+每天的價格性價比簡直炸裂，內外房間設施都很完善，而且房間很大，零食飲料等每天都有補充而且品質很好，有停車場，而且早餐是當地正宗的米線，能選三種肉，超級好吃，前台服務員很熱情，酒店電梯也要刷房卡，私密性特別好，而且州政府旁邊有廣場，晚上散步很方便，吃的也很多，去周邊區縣的景點也很方便。

朋友介紹入住該酒店，該酒店性價比極高，房間乾淨整潔寬大，設施設備齊全又好，房間純凈水就放了好幾瓶，還有咖啡小吃。總枱小妹服務熱情，按我們要求介紹我們去吃最有名的米線，還介紹我們去有名的大樹寨夜市。早餐也很好。

紅河站離蒙自市區比較遠，打車45元左右，酒店的位置離州政府步行不到1公里，聽出租車司機説是奧運冠軍楊昊的父母開的，酒店很乾凈，性價比超高，即便是暑假，30平米的大床房還不到200元，早餐在酒店隔壁，可以吃到1點鐘，商務出行強烈推薦。

酒店環境不錯，離紅河州博物館很近，就是黑黑的樓道，走過才會亮燈，門拖地，開門聲嚇**，屋裡還可以，就是臨街窗户不嚴特別吵，前台倆女孩一個面無表情問一句説一句，第二天早上的更兇，問她在哪兒吃早餐，頭都不抬出門右轉，連基本的禮貌都沒有。隔壁的早餐店餐食雖然簡單了點，但是服務熱情，提要求特別爽快麻利的解決。給了本次住店唯一的温暖。唯一亮點酒店旁邊的清真館很好吃。
