這次入住體驗格外温馨！抵達時下了非常大的雨，剛進停車場，酒店工作人員便撐傘迎接一路護送我們至前台，這份貼心瞬間驅散了風雨的涼意。前台工作人員熱情周到，細緻詢問需求、關懷備至。房間雖位於二樓卻十分安靜，前台還主動提出，若介意旁邊的KTV，可免費升級房型，服務細節滿分。早餐更是驚喜，品類豐富多樣，小鍋米線尤為美味，一口暖胃又暖心，堪稱完美入住體驗！

這次入住體驗堪稱滿分！從踏入酒店大堂就能感受到貼心：清甜的菊花茶裊裊飄香，精緻糕點與新鮮水果隨意取用，瞬間驅散旅途疲憊。客房更是細節拉滿，不僅衞生一塵不染，連床品都透着陽光般的清爽氣息；驚喜的免費小食藏在角落，追劇時隨手解饞幸福感爆棚。最值得點讚的是工作人員全程熱情周到，有求必應。早餐更是豐盛到讓人挑花眼，中西式菜品琳琅滿目，連現煮的麪條都鮮香入味。這樣從舌尖到身心都被妥帖照顧的體驗，下次來還選這裏！

設施：很老的酒店，設施陳舊，熱水不熱，空調先是壞了不能正常使用，修理以後也打不熱，趕上蒙自的冬天冷得不行！
服務：停車場保安很熱情，空調太冷打電話問能不能加被子不回覆。
停車場很大，房間很大，春節性價比還行。

本來想着是家鄉老闆開的酒店，就在攜程定了一個標間入住。結果，晚上11點多衞生間就突然沒水了，樓層服務員告訴我説人住的多水不夠用。電話跟總枱説了，請他們關注和處理。當晚衹勉強洗了個臉入睡，腳都沒洗。結果，第二天早上起來，依然沒水。又打電話給總枱。先後來了兩個師傅，把衞生間馬桶都拆了弄了一早上，告訴我説管子堵了。到我們退房，也沒有水。真是驚喜啊龍馬大酒店，現在都這管理水平了。老酒店，管理太差了。早點因為人多，明顯準備不充分，食物不但品種少，量還不足，搶着吃，也很意外。被子非常厚，在蒙自這個很熱的地方，夏天給你蓋冬被，開着空調房間温度也很高，我沒辦法衹能用浴巾蓋着勉強睡了一晚。
