設施：很老的酒店，設施陳舊，熱水不熱，空調先是壞了不能正常使用，修理以後也打不熱，趕上蒙自的冬天冷得不行！
服務：停車場保安很熱情，空調太冷打電話問能不能加被子不回覆。
停車場很大，房間很大，春節性價比還行。

本來想着是家鄉老闆開的酒店，就在攜程定了一個標間入住。結果，晚上11點多衞生間就突然沒水了，樓層服務員告訴我説人住的多水不夠用。電話跟總枱説了，請他們關注和處理。當晚衹勉強洗了個臉入睡，腳都沒洗。結果，第二天早上起來，依然沒水。又打電話給總枱。先後來了兩個師傅，把衞生間馬桶都拆了弄了一早上，告訴我説管子堵了。到我們退房，也沒有水。真是驚喜啊龍馬大酒店，現在都這管理水平了。老酒店，管理太差了。早點因為人多，明顯準備不充分，食物不但品種少，量還不足，搶着吃，也很意外。被子非常厚，在蒙自這個很熱的地方，夏天給你蓋冬被，開着空調房間温度也很高，我沒辦法衹能用浴巾蓋着勉強睡了一晚。
