The service staff had a good attitude, but the room was not good. I immediately changed it to another room. The room was larger, but the hygiene was not very detailed, and the WiFi was almost unusable. That’s it.

This is the worst accommodation experience I have had in more than 20 years. It is already winter and there are mosquitoes in the room. I woke up late at night to the buzzing sound of mosquitoes and the itching of my hands from mosquito bites. I finally fell asleep later, and then I was startled when I heard a creaking sound. I thought there was a mouse, but when I turned on the light, I saw it was probably a cockroach. There were several running around on the floor, and the biggest one was biting my takeout bag. The whole stay was OK, I won't comment much, after all, the price is cheap. The tall front desk clerk on duty on May 8th provided good service, but the one on duty on May 9th provided bad service. He was a little ugly, and he didn't want to reply when I asked questions. I just watched videos there. I was originally at ease staying here, but I was upset by this little waiter, which reduced the score of the whole hotel.

The check-in experience was very good, the room was spacious and bright, the bathroom also had a window, the air circulation was good, the air in the room was fresh and smell-free, and the hot water for bathing was very large, in short it was great!

Environment: Located near the south gate of the ancient city, surrounded by stations, supermarkets, fruit shops, etc., making life convenient! Walking into the ancient city from the south gate, you can quickly find an affordable fruit shop that locals often eat at! Service: The bosses are very nice to talk to! Hope to stay here next time!
