蒙自梵間酒店在碧色古寨村裡，碧色寨村位於碧色寨景區核心區，酒店離滇越鐵路碧色寨站就一百多米。導航到酒店位置準確，自駕車需提前向酒店告知車牌號報備村口外保安放行。酒店利用古寨老房子設計裝飾很有藝術感。前台辦理入住登記很快，房間寬敞整潔，被褥毛巾柔軟，燈光明暗舒適，用電插座方便，淋浴水熱量大，網絡速度很快，晚上非常安靜！酒店還有健身房和小童遊樂房。特別是早餐能品嚐到正宗蒙自過橋米線，贊一個！早晚間在村裡和碧色寨火車站遊覽打卡非常安靜。梵間酒店蠻適合休閑度假旅遊的，有機會還會再去！

我們晚上不到10點入住，帶着兩個長者，定的雙床➕單人床，進屋他們洗漱睡覺，轉天早上起來我們門口玩過後，中午12點結賬，晚上7:37您告訴我們凳子壞了，結賬後中午打掃的房間還告訴我們東西落在了房間，我們説那個可以直接丟掉，長者沒有丟在垃圾桶裏，打掃房間為什麼沒有人發現，另外我們幾乎除了睡覺就是起來早飯門口溜達一圈就結賬，另外一張房卡我們差點沒找到，追到大門口跟着我們找房卡，告訴我們找不到房卡一張要50元，請問磨損這麼嚴重的房卡要50元，我説如果20或者30元我都可以接受，還好我媽最後在車裡找到了，但是對你們這種漫天要價，我很是不解。另外我們定了家庭房，一張雙床房，一張單人房，當年衹配了2套毛巾和客用品，和服務員説了兩次才補齊，另外的單人床床墊子連個床墊都沒有，就是床墊➕床單，真心把自己做成了小旅館。因為之前住過，所以這次特地帶着長者過去，去年去的時候，體驗非常好、現在你們説換了經理、經理換了，服務理念全部換了，如果是老闆換了，我無話可説，衹能祝你們生意興隆。不是我挑剔，本身我就一名酒店管理層，做了25年的酒店人，無厘頭的這些問題謝謝。

我們是自駕過來玩，蒙自原本是中轉休息的地方，酒店便也沒訂在市區，住慣了民宿，原本沒報太大的期待，結果給了我們好大的一個驚喜。由於是淡季，前台小哥給我們升級成了浴缸套間。
一、房間面積大，屋頂很高，明顯是老房子剛改的，樑都是之前的，新中式的裝修審美很好，古樸有致，浴缸外置，衞浴三分離。
二、衞生狀況好，床品、衞浴乾淨，浴巾都是用袋子重新封裝了的，浴袍厚實親膚，連浴室吸水毯都很厚實，浴缸很乾凈，配備了一次性浴缸套和浴鹽，開了一天車泡個澡很解乏。
三、寢具高級，我家睡的是威斯汀2萬多1張的天夢之床，這家酒店的床墊和我家的比也不遑多讓，床品親膚透氣，連牀頭櫃都是老式行李箱的造型。
四、備套不錯，一樓有免費的洗衣機和洗衣粉（不帶乾衣功能），二樓有個小曬台，可以簡單晾一下衣服。早餐是在街上的餐廳，上的菊花過橋米線，確實比在其他地方吃的過橋米線好吃，不愧是發源地，這個餐廳也可以做些簡單的正餐。古街的右手邊就是碧雲寨的車站，穿過古街有個大大的免費停車場，建議不要拖箱子，石板路不太好推。
五、服務周到，前台的小哥很禮貌，事先備案了車牌，暢行無阻，入住後上了清洗乾淨的歡迎水果，退房時還送了一個熊貓刺綉圖案的小扇子。
總之，各方面都非常非常滿意，走南闖北那麼多年，這家絕對能排到我住過的民宿前三，下次來蒙自肯定還住這一家！

前台小哥哥很客氣，服務很貼心，送了水果，免費升級了房型，早點是過橋米線，非常好吃，酒店設施設備都很新，衞生也無可挑剔，推薦！環境很出片！非常安靜！

酒店設計、設施、環境、服務出人意料的好。前台小哥服務熱情周到，餐廳老闆友善耐心。房間設計有意境，有歡迎水果，房間內的小書對了解碧色寨的歷史有幫助。在景區內，暮色中的景緻一般遊客無福享受

寫這家有點矛盾哈
主要原因可能是因為過節期間 工作人員無暇顧及 所以有被怠慢的感覺吧！
先説優點：
首先位置很好很好 就在景區的端口位置
距離拍攝芳華的那個車站就幾百米的距離
晚上 早上沒人的時候逛到車站月台去都很方便
其二所定房型的房間雖然是挺小 但是挺有特色的 感覺是以前的老村寨改的 總體還行 設施都一應俱全 入住還送了水果的 橘子很甜很好吃
其三公區環境也挺不錯的 最後早餐的米線很好吃 阿姨也很好！
缺點的話 就是跟前台的溝通上 對方並不是特別熱情積極吧 原本説到了給他們説 他們會幫忙提行李什麼的 我們到了也提前在微信中告知了…但也並沒有看到人 像其他點評中説的那般積極熱情的服務………反正都在路邊上 我們就自己擰進去了 進去後辦理也很正常 沒什麼微笑服務啥的，後面問一些事情 也比較冷淡 我感覺就是國慶期間工作人員太忙太累無暇顧及這些了吧
就退房的時候 關心了一下此次的入住體驗……

酒店位置非常好，設計很有特色，前台的帶眼鏡的夥子很帥氣，小姐姐很健談（跟耐心的介紹人文地理），有點瑕疵的是有點侷促。總之很滿意的體驗。
