房間設施不錯，環境尚好，服務主動，免費停車且安全方便。由於比較老舊，地毯牆磚縫裡有點臟兮兮的，影響總體入住體驗。

住房很大、很大，是酒店一個優勢，屬於原來歌舞廳改造的類型，吊燈裝飾誇張，有掛衣間，使用很方便。衞生間是蹲坑，長者入住不方便，衞生間地面沒有打掃乾淨。衞生間乾濕分離，洗臉枱水流很小，下面水管容易脱落。地理位置很好，離南湖很近，周邊有大型商場，出門右拐有早點鋪子，非常方便

一般不對酒店做任何評價，但是132的酒店不説其他特別過分的要求，但設施完好，衞生達標是最基本的吧，此次入住的體驗是，前台服務還行，熱情友好，但是這個房間就不得不説一下了，大是挺大的，就是這個空調吧一開就哐哐響，衞生間洗臉池有很多黑黑的東西，不知道是啥，洗漱台也是裂了又粘起來的，花灑管子也是漏水的，儘管沒用他們的毛巾，但是他們的毛巾也是黃黃的，凳子上也不知道是灑了什麼污漬在上面，雖是地毯，但也可以洗洗了個人覺得，另外酒店本身之前應該是叫恆泰酒店，裏面的掛飾什麼的都可以看出來，出遊入住酒店注重的就是一個體驗，也不是説酒店是七八十的普通賓館，那沒啥好説的，主要是132配這樣的房間，屬實是沒有任何性價比

停車很方便，專門的停車場。距離火燒房子米線，榴花米線都很近，步行可達，先鋒書店，蒙自海關都是步行可達，不需要開車就可以。喜歡書店的氛圍。酒店有些舊，但是房間位置好，很寬敞，性價比還是不錯的。下次來還住這裏。

酒店位置比較好，離蒙自新天地，南湖薈，南湖，聯大都很近很方便，酒店有個停車場，但是屬於幾個酒店共用的，所以如果去太晚可能不太好停車。酒店服務態度跟開盲盒一樣，遇到的前台有時候很熱情，有時候遇到的前台態度就很不好。酒店衞生比較堪憂，能在被子上看到毛髮和污跡，房間裏其他設施感覺衞生情況也不好。設施基本可以忽略，應該之前是餐廳的包房，比較不方便。住慣酒店的肯定不習慣，如果從價格來看的確也有優勢。

首先，房間地上瓜子殼都沒有打掃乾淨，空調出風口滿是積灰；其次服務員的態度很差，昨天下午3:30訂的酒店，然後我們6點多到的，他説沒有房間了，就想把我們打發走，我問既然沒有房間酒店為什麼會確認呢？她説是系統自動接的單，我反問系統接單你們都不看的嗎？如果沒有房間是不是應該提前打電話告知，而不是等到店了才説沒房間，前台想讓我們退房，最後在我的協調下最終給我們換了一個房間，結果衞生極差
這間酒店無論衞生還是服務都不值這個價格，希望大家不要踩坑

房間燈光昏暗，衞生打掃不及時，床實際比標出來的小，一米五的床差不多一米二，可能是鐘點房沒打掃就讓人入住了，看到這個給我噁心了，不知道是什麼粘在上面
