有四大硬傷:①地毯污穢，空氣混濁，煙味濃郁。②隔音差，凌晨兩三點樓下馬路上都不時傳來小車的鳴笛聲和夜宵人士的喧嘩聲，樓道里半夜入住及返酒店的人大聲交談聲都擾人清夢。③有蚊子，因沒安裝防蚊紗窗，通風時難免蚊子進入。④停車場空間侷促，柱子多，入車場台階斜面墊板不足，需硬切上，傷輪胎。其它方面還好，床品舒適，空調給力，洗澡水大，贈2瓶礦泉水。
