房間巨大，有兩張大床，床品挺柔軟舒服的，毛巾和浴巾都是一次性的，這個好評，房間裏面竟然還有唱歌的（沒有使用，不懂好壞）！但是空調不太給力，靠近路邊，晚上車多比較吵

我們1月30號定的房間，酒店當日就確認訂單了，但是卻在1月31日下午6點30分電話告知我沒有房間了，要我自己退單，且無任何錶示，讓人感覺很氣憤！之後攜程客服介入，告知我已協調好，到酒店就能入住，然而到了酒店依然沒有房間住，一直讓我們等，直到晚上11點説海倫城市花園有一間小房間可以入住我們同意了，但是入住的房間環境也很差，涼鞋衹有一雙，衞生間一直異響，很差的體驗。這是一次糟糕的體驗，後來者請慎重！

第一次給的房間衞生太差了，衞生間地墊太臟了，後來要求換了房間，新換的房間衞生也不好，蟑螂在衞生間滿地爬，去衞生間兩次，打死二衹蟑螂。
前台服務員態度很好。

位置：
在南湖邊上，靠近南湖薈，去哪裡都比較方便，好評！
衞生：
整體衞生還行，布草乾淨！
房間大小：
房間夠大，很寬敞，比起現在那些小民宿強太多！
房間設施：
設施有一定年頭了，比較陳舊，好在該有的都有且功能正常，wifi夠快，網絡電視免費電影挺多！
停車：
院子裏面可以免費停車，好評！
總結：
性價比很高，推薦入住！

春節期間，實在沒有什麼選擇，房間很舊，設施一般，同一棟樓裏面有好幾個酒店，倒是交通比較便利，離南湖公園和周邊商業區都很近。
