前台服務很貼心，提前把空調打開了。天冷還提供瓶裝的熱水。早餐很豐富，選擇多樣。環境優雅，比較舒適。停車也比較方便。酒店硬件設施都非常不錯，值得一提的是服務人員素質都很高，是一次非常滿意的體驗了

第一次來孟州，酒店的位置挺方便的，小吃一條街，價位也不高，前台小姑娘服務很好，房間智能化，還提供桑坡接送服務，很滿意的入住體驗

這酒店剛一進去就看見一直蟑螂大搖大擺的在床邊上走動，嚇死我了，跟服務員説了，給清理一下，就去吃飯了，等回來時候打開洗手間又發現兩衹蟑螂，這什麼酒店啊，蟑螂這麼多，説清理也不管，態度還特別惡略，千萬別住這個黑店，太過分了

太垃圾了，剛到酒店安排了一間房，關燈了發現床頭燈關不上，聯繫前台，説線路問題，再換個房間。換完房間後又發現電卡接觸不良，又給前台打電話，説讓師傅過去維修一下，又説是不是你們入住時間到了，我五點去入住，九點第二次換房間，給我説時間到了，編理由能不能專業點？太糟心了，七九點半退房又換個酒店住了。全程酒店也沒有給任何説法，態度也極其不好，一副你愛怎麼樣怎麼樣吧

住着感覺很不錯 第一次來這裏住
衞生：很乾凈 床單被罩都挺好 枕頭也舒服 衞生死角都挺乾淨的
設施：整體看着環境不錯 酒店大廳香薰很好聞 房間很歐式看着很高級

隔音一般，大半夜停電了，來電後空調全是涼風硬生生凍了一夜。聯繫酒店延遲退房還被拒絕説收費，我第一天辦入住都凌晨一點多了。不盡人意。是你們酒店莫名停電超級差的一次入住體驗。之前住過兩次這個酒店，不會再入住了以後
