房間窗户關不上，服務員調了房間，調後的房間床單沒有換新。前台告訴七點早餐，七點十五還沒有準備好，問餐廳人員卻説七點半開餐。酒店設施很好，但管理不到位，前台和早餐廳的服務與酒店硬件不匹配，不介意服務的可以住。

服務很好個人感覺，房間設施很美觀，去孟連旅遊的朋友可以訂這個酒店，廁所乾濕分離，東西很齊全，很喜歡下次也訂這個酒店

房間寬敞明亮，早餐很豐富，吃早餐的地方風景也很好 能看見山，就是頂樓晚上有聲音，應該是樓頂燒水的聲音，睡眠不好的避免4樓可能好點
