從望天樹景區繼續向北，看到路牌開車拐上蜿蜒的山路，穿過一片又一片的橡膠林，這是一個隱密在熱帶雨林中的小村莊，住在村支書家是什麼體驗？
這裡有最接地氣的熱帶鄉村風情，作為上過央視的扶貧攻堅示範村落，統一重建的住宅，一間間客房散落在每一户人家裡。乾淨整潔統一標準的房間配置，房前屋後的各種熱帶水果，平整乾淨的水泥路，能讓人感受到國家強盛的另一種表達。
更加新奇的體驗無疑是在村民嚮導的帶領下雨林徒步，這不過是他們以前生活的日常，能發現什麼，感受到什麼，一定要來河邊寨親自體驗，新奇的物種，多彩的顏色，也許還有書記自家的玉米酒，也可以是剛被野象光顧的芭蕉林。有時間還可以體驗割膠、採摘水果，還可以自己下地選摘晚餐的新鮮蔬菜。
河邊寨公共交通不便，最好自駕，唯一通往公路的水泥路路面平整，小轎車可以走，但路窄彎多坡陡，需要良好的駕駛技術。村裡接待能力有限，一定要提前預訂聯繫才有晚飯吃啊，做啥吃啥就很好了，都是村裡自己養自己種的。我們到時書記殺了衹雞，都是兩年的土雞，真的香啊。
有機會還要再來，祝河邊寨在書記的帶領下越來越好。
PS：來這裏住一晚不衹是一間房，更多是可以沉浸式體驗不同於景區的熱帶村寨生活，除了房費和餐費，雨林徒步和其它活動目前是沒有另外收費的。

很好很好哈。村民很純樸，我們娃娃走到哪家看到香蕉覺得饞了就直接去擼來吃，村民還一直説再多拿點多拿點。活動很多，而且居然是免費的。。。在外面雨林徒步至少四百一個人了吧，這裏全免費，還看到了很多動物的腳印，跟基諾山和勐遠仙境的比是非常有特色的，嚮導就是村裡小哥哥，因為不是專業導遊反而特別親切，把他從小跑的山仔仔細細介紹給我們，這次來版納做了三場雨林徒步，孩子最喜歡這一場。活動還有很多，都是體驗當地民俗，孩子參與感特別強，孩子説早知道直接來這個村別的哪裡都不用去了。希望村子越做越好哈。這裏善良純樸勤勞的人們值得被遇見！

很特別的一次原始山寨體驗，一個深藏在密林深處的瑤族村寨。行車進去要走過很長一段橡膠樹林山路，到了之後果然豁然開朗，這是一個農大教授扶貧項目，現在每家的房子都已經蓋的很不錯了，比景洪附近其他幾個所謂的原始村寨美多了，由第三方統一運營客棧。最特別的是由嚮導帶領的原始雨林徒步項目，體驗了真正的野象小徑及雨林探險。
吃的話按人頭收費，都是當地山民自己種的新鮮的蔬菜和水果。唯一美中不足的是，住宿條件的確比較一般，我的房間衞生間設施較差，房門居然還是鎖不上的，等於開着門睡了一晚，索性在這個深山密林裏也不用擔心安全問題。
如果對住宿條件比較在意的，建議做好心裏準備，這裏畢竟不是奢華客棧。如果你厭倦了人多擁擠的景點，千篇一律的購物商業街，想體驗原汁原味的西雙版納原始山寨及未開發的密林，來這裏絕對沒錯。特別要感謝帶我們參觀寨子的農大博士生，以及徒步雨林的嚮導。

非常驚喜的一次體驗，和瑤寨村民同吃住，還帶着我們徒步穿雨林，品嚐到了野生蜂蜜，野生小板慄，村民還給我們摘了新鮮的木瓜，芭蕉，柚子，太讚了，真正的原生態，下次一定去住個十天半個月😄。
