1. The service attitude is very bad. On the morning of the 13th, I saw on the platform that there were 4 double bed rooms on the 14th. Because I needed 5 rooms, I called to ask if there would be extra rooms later. The person who answered the phone was very impatient and said that you can find them on Ctrip **, but I can't check! Later, I booked 4 double beds and 1 parent-child room. In the afternoon of the 13th, I was stuck at the scenic spot and wanted to change the itinerary. I applied for a refund on the platform but was rejected. I called the hotel again, but they didn't explain that there was a non-cancellable rule when booking. They only replied: Don't call us! Call Ctrip customer service! The words are not so dead... I called Ctrip customer service, and it only replied 3 hours later that the hotel replied that it could not be refunded, and the fees had been incurred. If you refund, you will be charged 80% of the fees... But ** replied immediately, and the explanation was very detailed. 2. The cost performance is very low. When checking in, they said that the registration system was broken, and all the people and ID cards who checked in were taken by the front desk with a mobile phone. The big shower head in the room was broken, and the small shower head had very little water. I had to turn it to the hottest temperature to take a shower in the morning. The bedding was not changed for each guest. There were hairs on the quilt when I pulled it open. The sound insulation was very poor. The difference between the 1200+ large bed and 1600+ parent-child room was too big. The parent-child room was just a rough move of the large bed and a small steel bed. The head of the bed was facing the socket, which was not safe at all. I wanted to turn on the air conditioner, but the remote control didn't respond after pressing it for a long time. I opened the battery and found that there was only one battery... I don't recommend staying here.

The hotel is in a very good location, very convenient for travel, and very close to the Botanical Garden of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. There is breakfast diagonally opposite the hotel. There are also many restaurants near the hotel. Very convenient. The sweet service at the front desk is very good. The hotel environment is very good. Had a great stay. Come again next time!

The room is clean and spacious. The three-bed room we booked is less than ten minutes’ walk from the west gate of the Botanical Garden. It’s very convenient to attend the Botanical Garden night show at 8pm! There are all kinds of hotels in the surrounding area. The customer service staff are enthusiastic and even gave fruits and pendant gifts when checking out! great! ! !

Bad review! ! He actually used a camp bed instead of a bed! The waiter also said that the room had been upgraded! Simply deceiving the service provider! Very noisy and dirty. This kind of hotel can be sold for more than 1,000 a night! If it weren’t for the Spring Festival holiday, I wouldn’t have stayed in this hotel! The price increase during the Spring Festival is acceptable! But the merchants are indeed too evil! !

My first choice is that the location is suitable. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the Botanical Garden of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. It is very convenient for day and night tours. Shopping nearby is convenient. The overall hardware facilities are clean, tidy and easy to use. The waiter has a good attitude and communicates well. Breakfast is not much, home-cooked, suitable for dining on the go. Thank you for sending me a breakfast. The price/performance ratio is poor, a double room is a bit expensive at 600 yuan. The executive suite is too expensive at 1,200 yuan per room. Apart from being bigger, there is nothing special about it, so I don’t recommend it.
