在市區，很方便！隔壁就是勐臘二中，對面就有加油站。酒店暫時沒有露天停車位，超高車輛（地庫限高2.2米）需跟酒店協商停車位置。酒店不遠有家哈尼菜口味很棒！去一棵樹有點距離，一路走很多傣族小村。

新開的酒店，房間裏面已經沒有味道了，設施都很完善，工作人員服務都很好，酒店停車也很方便，有地下車庫，性價比很高！位置優越，離行政中心很近。

在勐臘基本都入住這個酒店！整體而言算勐臘不錯的酒店了！服務各方面整體還可以！房間空調剛進行過整改，製冷效果比之前好，值得推薦！

天花板一個大蜘蛛網，不知道多久沒有住人了。其他的還是比較滿意。新裝修的樓，就是樓道裝修味道有點重。然後家庭房在副樓，洗衣房在主樓，不是一個樓，不是那麼方便。
