性價比不高，不推薦入住，而且房間很小，裏面啥也沒有，就只有一張床，這些都可以忍了，最忍無可忍的是衞生條件太差了，有潔癖的慎入，下面有圖有真相，最基本的污漬都弄不乾淨

我們3點到的店裡（是在網上預訂好的兩間房）當時從易武下來還沒吃午飯，所以到前台諮詢了一下可以開房了嗎？前台小姐姐説目前還阿姨還沒收拾好，讓我們先去吃飯，回來就可以開了。待我們4點左右回到酒店，到前台去諮詢（前台小姐姐換班了）兩間大床房現在有收拾出來了嗎？她一開始是説有的，稍等一下，她在幫另外客人開房，等了一會，小姐姐呼叫阿姨，問阿姨房間收拾出來沒有，阿姨説還沒有，然後我們在大廳等了40分鐘左右，實在太累了，想休息一會，所以又去找前台小姐姐問了一下，房間收拾好沒有，這時候我看到前以為入住的客人都出去了，我們又被告知稍等一會，現在阿姨去收拾了了，當時我們就想更換酒店了，我問了一下我老公，他説太累了，不想動，再等等吧（因為我們前一天就在趕路到易武參加貢茶節，第二天又從山上下來，我老公一個人開車，一路上一直下雨，找不到停車的地方）硬是又等了半個小時左右，差不多5點左右才開了房間，第一回見到的前台小姐姐態度還好，後邊的前台小姐姐不知道是怎麼回事，態度極差，語氣也不好～體驗最差的一次了，因為在網上訂的房，比實際便宜幾十塊錢，態度就轉變了嗎？還直接跟阿姨説，我們訂的特價房，把二樓收拾出來就可以，我想説特價跟原價還有區別對待？再説網上訂房的時候也沒見着寫的特價呀？注：昨天我們入住的￥159，截圖是今天的）夫妻+朋友

真心評價
1.前台服務一般，就知道自己是打工的，顧客怎麼想的不會去理解，太機械、沒有經過培訓。
2.酒店新開的，設施衞生還可以。唯一缺點：衞生間有味兒（這也是一般酒店通病）
3.酒店老闆（應該是的）待人不錯、主動給純凈水，服務態度讓人舒心。
4.最讓人接受不了的：晚上回家發現自己使用的隨身牙刷牙膏等忘了拿、落酒店衞生間了，打電話詢問，恢復：沒發現。差評！
真心希望老闆能看見、再培訓自己員工。謝謝
