This has been such a wonderful stay! The hotel staff were so polite and friendly in every interaction. Dana, one of the receptionists, added me on WeChat at check-in and messaged to ask if there was anything we needed each day of our stay! (My Chinese speaking skills are not great.) The room was very clean and our balcony overlooked the pool. The breakfast buffet offered many options. The hot springs were very relaxing and there were many outdoor pools of varying temperatures, so it did not feel crowded at all. There's a wonderful 'park' about a five minute walk up the hill with a hiking trail that leads to the top of a hill/small mountain and offers a beautiful view. Very peaceful and relaxing. There are a number of hammocks and swings on the way to the viewpoint. There are also other places to walk, nice viewpoints, what looked to be an obstacle course, a pink sand area, and more at the 'park.' We chose to eat our dinners at nearby restaurants - there is one affordable lakefront restaurant about a fifteen minute walk down the hill that we liked a lot. The hotel has several golf carts that depart/arrive from the lobby entrance if you want them to take you to the hot springs or the restaurants area. You can call the hotel and they'll come pick you up as well. Although this hotel is not close to the main Xishuangbanna tourist attractions, it is the perfect place to stay if you're looking for fantastic service, beautiful facilities, and a relaxing trip. I would absolutely stay here again!

Chinese Rich style hotel, huge lobby, spacious room, high ceiling, giant bed, mirrors across half the wall, carpets on the floor, red wood hand carved furniture in the lobby which is an attraction on its own. Rooms have all necessary toiletries, including hair dryer. Complimentary fruits and balls of Puer tea. Breakfast is massive buffet, could be good enough as a dinner. Staff are extremely nice and helpful, helped us to sort sightseeing places, find a driver, book everything, wrote names in Chinese language of the places we wanted to go. Hotel location is also very convenient, close to everything. Enjoyed the stay.

During the Chinese New Year, eating is a problem, many shops are not open, the front desk introduced the nearby Hongyuan Restaurant, the review can not be found, but also worried that it is a **, after the arrival, I found that it was quite good, the price was fair, 9 people only ate 600 during the Chinese New Year, steak bones are especially good. Eat whatever you want, never step on thunder. If there are shortcomings, the smell of smoke in the room is still a bit heavy. Maybe there is no distinction between smoking and non-smoking rooms.

This hotel is quite good. Xiaokang's service is really good. He helped us deal with many of our requests. I would like to give a thumbs up. It's a bit far from Banna, but it's still acceptable if you have a car, and the price/performance ratio is quite high. The hotel is clean and well-decorated. Hot water is available when it is turned on. The waiters cleaned up every day after staying for 4 days. All in all, we are very satisfied.

The only homestay in the newly renovated Banzhang Village, you can drink the old Banzhang when you come to the house, a good experience!

Recommended by a friend, I stayed at the Babala Hengchun Hot Spring Hotel. The hotel is located in the international tourist resort of Nabala. After coming in, I saw the slogan ”a holy place to escape the cold and summer”. After coming in, I was really shocked. The whole resort is a large scenic spot, with tea-horse ancient roads, sea of flowers, love manor, golf course, horse riding, go-karting, basketball court, tennis court, fishing and children's entertainment facilities. The room I lived in was a four-bedroom and five-person single-family villa. I lived in three or four families. There was no problem with a dozen people. The facilities in the room were all available and it was very comfortable to live in. The yard is very large, especially the hot spring in the yard. The water releases the strong sulfur smell, which is definitely natural. It's really pleasant to soak in the fatigue. It is worth mentioning that the temperature at night is too pleasant. There is no high temperature of Jinghong at all. It is simply comfortable to sleep on the quilt. After walking through so many places, there is indeed an unspeakable comfort here! great!
