This is probably the friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in. When I first checked in, I told them that my friend was sick and wanted to ask if I could change one bed to two beds. As a result, he immediately said that he could give us one more room for free, which was really great. And my friend was going to the airport at 4am and he was very enthusiastic to drive us there, even setting an alarm clock to remind us to get up and make sure we didn't miss the flight. The food was delicious, the room was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. And we had a good old class chapter all day, and we took four old class chapters, which I thought was very worthwhile. I will definitely come again, again and again.

__WeChat272335****The hotel is located halfway up Nannuo Mountain. It boasts a beautifully designed, upscale, and elegant atmosphere. Clean and tidy, with complete facilities, the public areas are perfect for taking photos. The hotel offers stunning mountain views, and depending on the weather, you can even witness a breathtaking sea of clouds and sunset.
Service: The service was incredibly warm and attentive. After booking, the butler contacted us and arranged pick-up from our previous hotel. Although the hotel's location on the mountain makes transportation inconvenient, we didn't need to worry about pick-up and drop-off, as the butler had everything arranged. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a 270-degree view room and provided welcome fruit and tea, along with a complimentary minibar.
Personal Butler Service: The butler, Diao Diao, provided excellent service. She not only arranged pick-up and drop-off but also took us hiking to see the Tea King Tree and the sea of clouds, and even let our child experience making tea cakes. Her service throughout our stay was exceptionally attentive.
GGuest UserThis ancient village boasts simple folk customs and beautiful scenery. The owner, Yuyan, was warm and attentive, and her story was inspiring and moving. The room was spacious and bright, and the second-floor terrace was beautiful for taking photos!
GGuest UserIt is a treasure hotel hidden in the mountains. I highly recommend it! First of all, the environment is good. It is really comfortable. There are birds singing and flowers blooming around. It is cool in the morning and evening and not very hot during the day. It is much better than the noisy and hot Gaozhuang. It is said that the rainy season in summer is also cool and comfortable, and there is no harassment from insects and mosquitoes (probably because of the high altitude, more than 1,500), and there will be a sea of clouds in the rainy season. The hotel itself is decorated and decorated in a high-end and elegant manner, with exquisite materials. There is an outdoor infinity pool and a beautiful water-friendly landscape (Nannuozi can be photographed at sunset, and the Nannuozi of Huawei Mate60pro is taken here). There are several luxurious landscape tea rooms where you can enjoy unlimited tea, chat and rest... Finally, I would like to recommend the hotel owners (both owners and shareholders have successful careers in Beijing. After traveling around the famous mountains and rivers, they have selected this place. They live here all year round, which shows that they are true love). The tea king tree visit and rainforest hiking activities led by the team are very interesting and fun. The children are very interested and have gained knowledge without being tired. It has greatly exceeded my expectations. Finally, I wish the hotel owner and all the guests a happy life and endless happiness!
GGuest UserA Hidden Gem in the Heart of China's Tea Plantations
Our stay at this homestay was nothing short of magical. We traveled as a group of eight, including two young children, three grandparents, and three adults, and every single one of us had an incredible time. Nestled amidst lush tea plantations, the setting is absolutely stunning. Each morning, we woke up to breathtaking sunrises and a serene mist that blanketed the landscape. The house itself is a work of art—crafted entirely of wood and with impeccable aesthetic taste that reflects a deep respect for nature.
But as beautiful as the surroundings and accommodations are, the true highlight of our stay was the hospitality of the host. In our three years in China, we have never experienced anything like it. From the moment we arrived, it felt as though we were visiting a dear friend rather than staying in a hotel. Her warmth, generosity, and genuine care made us feel completely at home.
The food was exceptional, and we were treated to fresh fruits and tea throughout the day. She showed special care for our children, teaching them (and us!) how to make tea, and even accompanied us on a walk to share her knowledge of the local flora. One day, she surprised us with her hidden talent as a musician, singing traditional Chinese songs while playing the guitar and drums. Her smile and positive energy were infectious, leaving a lasting impression on all of us.
This homestay was more than just a place to stay—it was an unforgettable experience filled with beauty, warmth, and cultural connection. We left with full hearts and wonderful memories, knowing this was the best place we've ever stayed in China. If you're looking for a place that offers not just comfort but also an extraordinary sense of belonging, this is it. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location with very convenient transportation.
The beds are comfortable, the supplies are thoughtful, and the service is meticulous. It is an ideal place to stay for business trips and travel.
I really like the atmosphere of this hotel. It is quiet and elegant, and it allows people to relax.
WWennvshi。Hygienic: The cleaning is very clean, there is no dust, and the trash can is clean.
Environment: The environment is also very good, the terrace can see the quicksand river, get up early and look at the foggy mountains in the distance
Facilities: There is a washing machine and dryer, and the TV in the house is particularly large
(Here are a few small suggestions for the boss: ① You can put a mirror on the table next to the glass door. The light in the bathroom is not suitable for makeup and reflective, because I don’t bring my own mirror. [Sisters can also bring their own mirror], every time you make up, you have to walk more than 2,000 steps, the bathroom and elevator in the room switch back and forth, 😆 My mirror is inside the eye shadow disk, too small. ② The hotel has disposable slippers, no bathroom slippers, the boss can prepare a non-slip mat, because the ground is too slippery after using shower gel shampoo, sitting on a fart 😅③ Can the boss change a mosquito coil! This is really not easy to use 😂
Service: The young lady at the front desk has a super good service attitude. Every time I meet, I say hello. Although there is some unpleasantness during the check-in process, the cleaning sister accidentally threw my medicine away. The hotel took the initiative to apologize and made compensation. If I choose I don’t want money, I want my medicine. This medicine is really hard to buy.
Finally, this hotel takes pictures specially, the time is too tight, there are not many shots, many places can take pictures
2205799****Facilities: A living room, two bedrooms, a balcony, a hot spring pool, one bedroom is connected to the hot spring pool, the hot spring is not just hot water, it has a strong sulfur smell, both bedrooms are equipped with projectors, and movies It's completely free (you don't have to be disturbed by mythical beasts when you soak in the hot springs). The area has its own attractions, where you can play four-wheel off-road motorcycles, tent barbecues, etc. It's the first choice for those who like peace and quiet.
Health: The facilities are new and clean.
Environment: The environment is quiet and not noisy.
Service: The original room type was extended, and the boss directly upgraded the room type. He also thoughtfully provided a property card for free tickets to attractions in the area.
PParkhurstBeautiful resort! Like a cruise ship, but on land. The food at the breakfast buffet was great with cereals, typical Chinese breakfast options of fried rice/lo mien/breakfast noodles, eggs, fruit, yogurt, coffee, pastries, and waffles/pancakes. Dinner was great, too, and we found that going a bit earlier helped to get fresh food and avoid holiday crowds. Patrick, the general manager was amazing and so kind. He stopped at a fair amount of people’s tables, despite being very busy during CNY, to make sure everything was ok.
The room was awesome. We overlooked the golf course. Mornings were foggy and crisp. Evenings were full of fireworks and we had a great vantage from our 3rd floor balcony to see many of the smaller displays. Our housekeepers were amazing and added nice touches each day such as extra coffee, towel art, and a fresh bit of bath salts.
Around the resort there is a lot to do from day hikes, a soak in the hot springs, golf (when the course is open), horse rides, jet skiing, and swimming. It was too chilly to swim in the outdoor pool at the hotel but the hot springs were perfect.
Just a quick note on the location of the resort - it is about a 45-minute drive from Jinghong. Some people we talked to didn’t realize that and thought that the starlight market was close by. DiDi drivers were readily available so getting back into the night market area wasn’t a problem.
For general things, we also had a lot of help from Echo. She was lovely and gave us a good idea of what do around the area.
GGuest UserThis hotel is behind my house. It has a superior geographical environment and is surrounded by mountains and rivers. It also has a swimming pool. It is the first choice hotel for business guests. What I like most is that the swimming pool has an unparalleled view of the lake and is refreshing...
GGuest UserThe boss is a primary school physical education teacher and a cheerful person who loves life. It was already past seven o'clock when we arrived at the store. The boss was worried about us and made several phone calls to us. We can order the meal in advance. It tastes good and the portion is large. After the meal, the boss sang and danced. , performed Hani dance for us, heard us say that we wanted to see the sunrise the next day, drove us to find the way in the evening, invited us to drink tea when we came back, shared local stories, and introduced the tea-making process, which benefited us a lot. I must say that the boss's tea is delicious and the people are very down-to-earth. The big bowl of noodles for ten yuan for breakfast is very hot and very filling. I have always wanted to experience the tea mountain. This time, my little wish came true and I also felt the boss. What a joy to pass on, so lucky that the boss even lent us his family’s national costumes to take photos.
