洗浴：水量特別小，跟下雨差不多，最熱的程度，到身上就涼了

毛巾：灰撲撲不甚乾淨的樣子
電話壞了，機器人送餐沒有電話，還很不開心的問我是不是不在房間？？？真的莫名其妙
半夜窗外巨大的滴水聲，整夜無法睡。
兩間房開兩張發票，前台寫同房號，讓重開老大不高興
攜程鉑金不升房型就算了，還一個勁誘導買漢庭會員卡
早上從電梯出大廳地面濕滑
服務差得一塌糊塗的同時，酒店自我感覺十分良好，退房居然説，給個好評送咖啡………出差酒店最無語的一次，沒有之一。

房間不大不小，剛剛好，是我喜歡的感覺，燈光很温馨。給我挑選的這個房間也很安靜，馬桶還是智能的，可以自動加熱非常好。到的比較晚，前台還給我送了一個銀耳梨湯，非常感謝！

入住的時候説攜程訂單房間就是不太好的，入住之後尾房也沒説什麼，第一個安排的房間味道很大，前台很快給安排了另外一個房間，房間的窗户可以忽視不計，就可以打開一絲，另外房間問題很大，首先洗手枱是沒有熱水的，放了很久都沒有，洗浴間的下水道有問題，下水的聲音清清楚楚，還有無線網是沒有用的，跳不出識別連結，手動輸入也不行。
