房間整潔乾淨，床非常大，非常舒服，地理位置好，門口出行特別方便，後面就是小吃街。吃的東西非常多，離萬達比較近，衹有一個紅綠燈的距離。服務員態度好。需要物品都送的非常及時。前台小姐姐服務熱情。下次還會入住。

地下停車場電梯口門關閉，無法上電梯到酒店，沒法子重新將車停到地面上，結果第二天被結婚車隊堵住無法開出，酒店空有地下地面二處停車場，可停車出車均出現麻煩，顯示酒店管理有問題，這是我住維也納酒店體驗最差的一次

很失望 想不到維也納酒店萬達店 在蒙城如此糟糕 大年初二連早飯都吃不上 服務跟進太差 不知道一直這樣還是特殊情況 希望貴酒店領導重視

和姐妹從網上看了好多家，還是決定選擇這一家，不過來了之後沒有踩雷，整體環境衞生，我們還是比較放心的，隔音也挺好的，前我們行李太多了，前台還幫我們安排送到房間真是暖心，
