Stayed here 4 nights for a Triathlon event, location made it nice and easy for getting to and from the event, rooms were large and clean but basic, on booking rooms said they had kettle and fridge but when question we were told that’s only some rooms and not all?? We were told they would get us a kettle but that never arrived. Rooms were super warm and as we were on ground floor out onto main round we didn’t want to leave window open. Limited parking but we managed to get a space, didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment.

L’établissement était sale et les effets mis à notre disposition dans un état déplorable, oreillers déchirés et sales, moquettes sale et odorante (nauséabonde) prise électrique défectueuse et dangereuse, murs craqués, taches de saleté sur le carrelage de la salle de bain… literie plus que médiocre, nous avons vraiment passé une sale nuit. J’ai pris une multitude de photos que je pourrais vous faire parvenir. J’en ai fait par à l’agent d’accueil ce matin qui était désolée et reconnaissait que ce n’était pas acceptable me disant qu’elle avait déjà fait remonter cela à son patron mais qu’il ne faisait rien pour améliorer la situation, plusieurs clients ont déjà fait remonter cela apparemment et il en est évident vu l’état de l’établissement. Je vais poster une multitude d’avis négatif, aucun geste commercial ni offre nous a été faite à l’issue de notre mécontentement. l’agent d’accueil nous précisant que pour le prix payé cela était normal alors là mon sang n’a fait qu’un tour 100€!!! C’est loin d’être le prix d’un hôtel aussi minable!

Accueil peu chaleureux, peut-être la barrière de la langue. Pas d'info sur le fait qu'il fallait réserver le petit-déjeuner pour le lendemain = ma collègue et moi nous sommes faites refouler sans ménagement par un membre du personnel fort peu aimable. Chambres vieillissantes, pas de climatisation, débit d'eau insuffisant dans la douche. Oreillers très médiocres comme remplis de "cubes" de mousse. Chambre sur la rue donnant sur le trottoir, impossible d'ouvrir pendant la nuit pour avoir de l'air. Et de surcroît aucun restaurant ouvert le mardi soir sur la ville. Il nous a fallu faire 10kms pour en trouver un ! Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Cet établissement a refuser ma carte pour aujourd'hui le 14 janvier ! Alors que c'est tout pareil. Si il n'y avait plus de disponibilité fallait le dire ****** très déçu ! Mais aucun soucis pour le 14 avril MDR à fuir de toute urgence vraiment en colère !

vuil, vuile badkamer en vuil beddegoed onvriendelijk personeel, en als ze er zijn zeer onbehulpzaam niet echt goedkoop, maar ook niet duur, toch teleurgesteld in de ondermaatse kwaliteit en houding van personeel en hotel
