Bad accommodation for 3 people, broken closet door, bathroom that gets wet when taking a shower, broken air conditioning No space to support suitcases. The photos of the rooms that are displayed on the websites do not match the reality! I felt like I was in a hole with 3 beds and a bathroom Bad breakfast with few options

The hotel is quite abandoned. It has details that could be improved, such as the lobby, which is an area where you spend a lot of time. It is dark, it has a plastic roof where light should come in, but it is extremely dirty. It lacks luminosity. Breakfast, if there are many people in the hotel, runs out quickly and takes time to replenish. We went on a holiday, and we had to wait because there weren't even cups available. The room is very good, although the mattress sank quite a bit. But that was the only thing wrong with the room. It is very spacious and the bathroom is ten points. They don't have a hair dryer. You have to ask for it at reception and if it is available they will give it to you. Cleaning was ok. The staff's attention is very good. They strive to solve everything you need.

The reviews weren't that great, what we found exceeded our expectations by a lot, great location, quick, uncomplicated check-in, room large and clean, large bathroom. Breakfast in the adjacent cafe was also very good. Price/performance absolutely great.

Hotel antigo, quarto antigo e com carpet no piso, o que pode ocasionar um cheiro de mofo. Banheiro antigo, pia com vazamentos. Café da manhã fraco e sem variedades, com atendentes mal educadas. Na recepção as atendentes são educadas. Hotel meia boca, mas se puder pesquisar melhor, existem outras opções bem melhores. Não disponibilizam nos quartos frigobar e não vendem conveniências na recepção. Não recomendo!

La cama es lo peor de todo. No tienen colchones eso son zanjas. La alfombra es un asco y el olor a humedad en ña habitación es lo peor. Nos quedamos ahí porque fue donde nos envió aerolineas Argentinas, porq nos cancelaron el vuelo, de verdad no recomiendo a nadie este hotel. Lo único medio pasable es el desayuno.

Pésima administración , a partir de allí un desastre la atención de recepción, salvó un muchachito muy joven q a veces está de suma amabilidad y empatía....desayuno medio.....habitaciones desastre....sin mesitas de luz ..sin una mesita para apoyar nada.....sin reposición de papel higienico toallones....cucarachitas en algunas y habitaciones....y blablabla.... podría seguir una hora más enumerando....mediocre total....

Hotel de péssima qualidade, quartos com carpetes imundos, mal cheirosos, banheiro horrível com retorno super desagradável. Muito barulho, sem nenhuma acústica, os hóspedes conversando alto até de madrugada e pela manhã as camareiras ligavam rádio com som alto para começar a arrumação, batiam portas, vasilhames e ademais. Solicitamos um apoio às 2h da manhã devido barulho dos hóspedes o o rapaz que estava na portaria simplesmente nem olhou para nós. Pela manhã solicitamos cancelamento e não aceitaram, ofereceram outro quarto e pactuamos se fosse um que desse para ficar as noites que faltavam para nós, e sem carpete. Aí acabamos ficando porque já era o segundo hotel em Mendoza que tivemos problemas e estávamos exaustas As toalhas pareciam pano de chão, além de terem sido cortadas ao meio para fazerem duas. Durante o dia solicitamos a troca, mas era só mais do mesmo. Cafe da manhã de péssima qualidade. Sem opções e as duas vezes que tentei comer lá passei mal Péssimo, não recomendo
