This place is absolutely trash. 0 Stars, but Tripadvisor doesn't have that option. Reception was rude and very dismissive. The worst point of the stay was day three when my girlfriend woke up with BED BUG BITES covering her entire left leg going up her left arm to her shoulder. We immediately went to Reception and demanded a refund or the money back for the remaining days. The Reception said they could not give us a refund or reimburse us for the remaining days. The Reception said that we left the window open and allowed mosquitoes into the room -- So F$#king obsurd!!! I showed them photos of my girlfriend's bite marks, the femal Reception came to the room to investigate. My girlfriend even disrobed infront of her and the look on the female Reception face said it all. But then still refused to give us our refund on the basis that it was Sunday and the manager wasn't there, plus it's not their policy. Thee Reception said that it had to be mosquitoes. It was down right disrespectful and degrading. This place has no class. The Staff especially. Trash!!! PURA BASURA!!!!

Atención horrible, la comida tenia bichos, no nos dejaron usar pileta, ducha muy fría, no tienen comida/ agua para comprar, muy ruidoso y el aire acondicionado no andaba. Manche una toalla sacándome maquillaje y me cobraron 20mil pesos. No recomiendo. Y el internet no anda.

Los empleados de limpieza roban ropa de las valijas!!! Tuve que dejarlas con candado y precinto cada vez que nos íbamos. Además no reponen correctamente las toallas, siempre tuve que ir a reclamar. El personal de recepción tratan al pasajero con indiferencia... NO VOLVERIA JAMÁS A ESTE HOTEL!!!!

Todo ha sido perfecto en mi estancia en el Urban, la amabilidad de todo su personal, la variedad en el desayuno, hermosa habitación y una ubicación excelente, hacen de este hotel una excelente opción en la capital mendocina.

Llegamos noche tarde, el piso de nuestra habitación llevaba varios dias sin ser lavado a conciencia. Además falta de rose y marketing de quienes atienden 10,20' de la mañana una habitación liberada, la otra ya con maletas abajo, nos remarca que la salida es a las 10 porque hay qué preparar ingreso siguiente! Por educacion no le respondí qué todo ése tiempo no le alcanzó para lavar piso. ESTIMADO EMPLEADO ^ CLIENTE^ ser intolerable para ser atendido correctamente. No regresaremos

Te meten la mano en el bolsillo!!! Contrate 4 noches para oct 2022 y tuve que suspender, y no quieren reintegrarme el importe , CUANDO NUNCA ME DIJERON QUE ERA SIN CANCELACIÓN. Aducen que es por ser una reserva de pre viaje, y confirmado por previaje, no aplica ninguna condición de cancelación especial para estas reservas. Encima hace como una semana y media que no me responden ni por telefono ni por email, desde la gerencia. Esperando que me canse y desista. Pero voy a iniciar acciones legales para resolver este atropello.

Excelente el servicio . Todo el personal super gentil , muy considerados en estos días de pandemia. Graciassss, volveré . La visita en mayo 2021 justo cuando volvieron a cerrar todo y sin embargo los empleados del hotel la mejor disposición
