Un hotel que supera las expectativas en todos los sentidos. La relación precio-calidad es excelente, con una atención impecable y un nivel de limpieza destacable. Las almohadas son las mejores que he probado, la piscina es exquisita, y la cercanía lo hace muy conveniente. Sin dudas, volvería sin pensarlo dos veces.

Malos tratos por parte de la supervisora o encargada (que tiene permanente una radio de comunicación pero no está detrás del frontdesk). Actitud prepotente y falta total de modales para hablar. Extraño que esa persona se dedique al turismo/ servicio.

No ayudaron a una señora mayor con poca movilidad corporal que sufrió un accidente. Se cae en la vereda y no llaman ni una ambulancia y echan, amenazando, a quienes ayudan a la persona accidentada. La verdad que si esa es la actitud y falta de hospitalidad, ni siquiera vale la pena intentar experimentar el servicio que puedan brindar.

Excelente opción en el centro de Mendoza. Fui sola por un congreso. Todo muy a mano con excelente propuesta gastronómica cerca al igual que la Plaza Independencia. Zona segura. Use la pileta muy refrescante. Dan toallas para la misma. El desayuno muy bien. Todo correcto. No tengo quejas, por el contrario agradecida. Volvería.

normal por 3 estrellas. Lastima que la habitación que nos tocó era interna y daba a un hueco donde se escuchaba la cocina a partir de las 6AM. El baño bien, la cama bien. El desayuno muy bueno. Y tiene un patio con sol ..mesas y una pileta ( que supongo que corresponde al hotel de al lado que es de la misma cadena) . La ubicación EXCELENTE.

Antes que nada quiero destacar a todo el personal del hotel , tanto de recepcion como de desayuno con muy buena onda y siempre disponible ante cualquier tema o consulta. El Hotel es maso, se destaca la muy buena ubicacion , a la vuelta de la plaza independencia y cerca de muchos lugares para comer. A mejorar , al menos la habitacion que me toco a mi , muy pequeña , el baño es muy chico e incomodo , no tiene jabon sino unos dispenser incomodos y de mal gusto , mucho olor a cloaca despues del uso , la ducha es pequeñisima , no tiene bidet , muy flojo ese tema. El wifi anda mal en la habitacion. Desayuno normal y aceptable.
