Hotel Windsor is an establishment located in the center of Mendoza, next to Plaza Chile and close to the city's main tourist and commercial attractions. My wife and I stayed there for 13 days in September 2023 and I'll tell you about our experience: The hotel has a cozy structure with a reception decorated elegantly in the English style, with simple but comfortable rooms, equipped with air conditioning , cable TV, Netflix and free wi-fi. Room service operates during the day and there is a beautiful dining room that offers breakfast. What caught our attention most about the hotel was the professional and attentive staff. From reception to cleaning the rooms, everyone was very polite and helpful, always willing to answer our requests and questions. The breakfast was simple, but made with great care and quality, with fresh fruits, medialunas (a type of croissant), bread, natural juices, yogurts and other delicacies. Our stay at the Hotel Windsor was very satisfactory and exceeded our expectations. The hotel offers great value for money for those looking for comfort, practicality and good service in the heart of the world's wine capital. We recommend this hotel for anyone traveling for work or leisure, alone or with a partner. Tip: Ask for Paco and be surprised by the most beautiful mascot in Mendoza.

Very familiar hotel. Simple but very cozy. Clean and close to the center and Plaza Independencia. Marianela and Leandro are always willing to make your stay excellent. The same from Franco, the owner. I traveled with my daughter and they made us feel at home

Excelente servicio. Muy buen nivel calidad precio. Muy linda habitación, se están renovando y están en excelente camino. El personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar y cooperar ante cualquier consulta, en especial el recepcionista Nicolás. Sin dudas volvería, Matías C.

Todos os funcionários são educados e receptivos. O quarto é justo (embora eu preferiria que fosse maior) e atendeu as necessidades. O café da manhã é simples, mas gostoso. Só lá pelo quinto dia que eu já estava meio enjoada. Segunda visita a Argentina e como sabia do problema deles em consumir proteína no café da manhã, dessa vez levei sachê de whey pra ajudar kkkk. O hotel é bem quente por causa da calefação (pra mim foi um ponto negativo, mas pra muitos não kkk)
