I don’t recognize the hotel we stayed at from the photos shown online. The halls were musty, the neighborhood dingy, the room very spare, and the sheets and towels ragged. On the plus side the restaurant was nice at breakfast, and it seemed clean. We were scheduled to stay three days but pulled the plug after one night, forfeiting one night’s tariff. We don’t recommend you stay here. Not at all.

I had the pleasure of spending an unforgettable night after my wedding. I am eternally grateful for the disposition of Roberto and the staff, who made sure everything went perfect. The rooms are large, spacious and, above all, very clean and comfortable. Mountain views that I will never forget, recommended.

The hotel was once a good hotel and today it is not so good anymore. The rooms are flat style, with a small kitchen. The bathroom is very tight, with the door opening onto the toilet. Also, the shower is over a small, cramped bathtub. The bed looks very used, the sheets and duvets are worn and the cleaning is not adequate. The elevators are slow, and the reception, even though it has a heater, in winter looks like a refrigerator because the entrance door is HUGE and VERY heavy and there is no spring to close it or any other automatic device. Breakfast, on demand, takes a long time to be served and the room where they serve it, which is on the top floor, despite having a good view of the mountain ranges, is freezing cold so we need to go covered to eat. The price was good but there are better options for the same price.

Las habitaciones están en excelente estado al igual que la limpieza. Tienen una excelente vista a la montaña. El recepcionista normal súper atento y amable, tiene un restaurante en el último piso que tiene una vista espectacular de la ciudad y también se come muy bien!

Já é a quarta vez que me hospedo no Hotel Premium Tower e, como sempre, a experiência foi excelente! A localização é espetacular, no coração de Mendoza, o que torna tudo mais fácil e acessível. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com uma grande variedade de opções e muito saboroso, perfeito para começar o dia. A vista do restaurante e do café é simplesmente linda: de um lado, você tem a cidade e, do outro, a imponente Cordilheira dos Andes. A paisagem torna qualquer refeição ainda mais especial. Os funcionários são sempre muito amigáveis e atenciosos, tornando a estadia ainda mais agradável. O quarto é amplo, limpo e confortável, oferecendo tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia relaxante. Supo ser un hermoso hotel, está muy bien ubicado pero está venido abajo. Falta mantenimiento en general, las toallas son impresentables (parecen trapos) y el desayuno, escaso. Lo único rescatable es la hermosa vista del restaurant pero es imposible disfrutarla si no funciona el aire acondicionado en pleno verano.

Los apart son SUPER amplios y cómodos, las vistas desde la terraza son increíbles. La atención de los empleados de recepción es lo destacable de este hotel (Norman, Agustín y Ulises); siempre atentos y dispuestos a resolver situaciones, recomendar lugares para cenar o pasear. Una muy buena experiencia.
