Room 5/5 Service 5/5 Water park 1/5 swimming pool 4/5 Beach 5/5 Spa 5/5 I consider my stay to be very successful, I had a nice time with my family, I highly recommend the SPA (very nice staff - warm greetings to everyone from the SPA) Meals, as always, everyone will find something for themselves, the only thing that surprised me was that there were no pancakes for breakfast, they were from 5 to 6 p.m. The room - for a standard 5* hotel, unfortunately, needs a little renovation, the air conditioning was not working well, the bathroom was perfectly fine As for tips, I gave a lot and I felt better service for me and my family, especially in the dining room, the table was prepared and decorated for us every day. Aqua Park - in my opinion, it's a total failure on the part of the hotel, because it's open to hotel guests as well as local residents, total chaos, supposedly free entry for a week, but you have to pay extra on weekends. Swimming pool - unfortunately too small for so many hotel guests, although there was one more at the back, still not enough space for those relaxing.Unfortunately, there is a fight for sunbeds at the pool, if you don't get up in the morning, forget about sunbeds at the pool The beach is amazing, always free sunbeds, water shoes are a must, while snorkeling I noticed a few porcupines close to the shore, further on there were plenty of them, unfortunately with few fish, this is not Egypt, here you should expect sunbathing and playing in shallow water, water sports are available but in my opinion expensive 15 euros for 7/8 minutes.

Restaurant was good. Vacation very nice. Animation programs was amazing, we did a lot of activity all day, especially with ege. We play waterpolo, it was amazing. We realy love this hotel, it is good for couples, families and friends

We visited the hotel from the 5th till 16th of June 2025. The staff of the hotel are the nicest and super professional, the service was quick, fast and they care about every guest. Especially we are grateful to Gulay and Sude on reception. All the staff is super nice and professional. The hotel is super clean the food is super tasty, they think about each visitor and make everything for your special vacation. The people in the locality are honest and hospitable, try to visit the market nearby, interesting things to buy and nice people to talk. Thank you very much Yali!

My first holiday in Turkey in Cub Yalli. The service in the restaurant was good we never lacked anything. The rooms were always clean and decorated. The bar service was good but some of the staff could smile more and be nicer. The animator was always available for anything, the games and entertainment were excellent thank you to Sofiane, Erkan and the rest of the team for the good fun. The reception was always available for any problem.

We spend great time at the hotel.The program was amazing. we laughed so much. All animation team is amazing. I want to say special thanks for the special attitude and unique professionalism Erkan and Tumara. The are “big” people who loves children and their job!!!Thank you
