Staff was super friendly and hotel is just a short drive to the airport. Room smelled terrible and was very run down. Didn’t even have a garbage can in the room. Worst part was the cockroach I smashed in the morning. Could not get out of there fast enough. Do not recommend staying here

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in . Staff super friendly love this place . Bar is awesome love the video games to play in lobby . The staff is super friendly an helpful . Food is delicious . Dog friendly our puppy was so happy . Room is awesome bed is super comfortable. The shower is amazing staying another night for sure one of the best places ever !!!

When exploring Memphis (Beale st) I was elated to stay right in the heart of downtown Memphis. I was able to enjoy and stagger to my room without worry. I highly recommend.

From the center you can easily find a large free car park. Quality bedding and towels, double bedroom with 2 large beds which makes it small but pleasant, like the bathroom. Quite complete breakfast. Bottle of water / Coffee / lemonade / cookies / fruit / popcorn at discretion in the hall.

This hotel is OK. It is a few minutes from the airport and there is a dollar store nearby. There is basically no food. So don't expect it. The hotel has a shuttle bus, ready to go, breakfast starts at 6:30 in the morning, but he also let us eat at six o'clock in the past.

The Best Western Plus Gen X Inn is a great choice for guests looking for accommodation in Memphis, having been recently renovated in 2022.With Memphis Central Station just 5km away and Memphis International Airport only 16km away, transportation is very convenient. This hotel is located near many of Memphis's attractions including Health Sciences Park, Target House for St. Jude and House of Mtenzi.In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site.

The motel is very close to the center so it is very easy and comfortable to get there. The good thing was that it is in a gated property so at least it feels safe. I reserved a room for three people but they provided just two sets of towels. The room had the basic. TV, no fridge. The main problem I had was the clean. The room did not feel clean at all. The beds were changed, but under the bed the dust and dirt was disgusting. The floor probably has not been clean from a very long time and there was a condom wrap open under the bed. The walls and doors had spots all over . Overpriced for what you get.

The hotel rooms are spacious, free parking is available, and the accommodation environment is safe. The breakfast variety is limited, the facilities are relatively old, the front desk service is enthusiastic, and it is very close to the airport. It is an economical choice for business travel accommodation.
