Four Points by Sheraton Memphis - Southwind Reviews

I enjoyed my stay. During my visit with Four Points by Sheraton Memphis -Southwind they had a promotion on breakfast (“Breakfast for a Buck” )You could choose from all breakfast entrees for only a dollar ($1.00). This also included a beverage of your choice. The restaurant/bar does offer very good options for food and drinks. Also, the front desk and staff were pleasant. I had a problem with the A/C in my first room that was quickly resolved. My room was clean and tidy. Thumbs up 👍🏼! I’m looking forward to staying at Four Points by Sheraton- Southwind again while visiting Memphis. Thanks!

I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night. The room was so-so. My colleague said that there was half a bottle of drunk mineral water in the room. My room had a full bottle of mineral water, but I drank it. I was a little scared.

Very helpful. We booked last minute and late at night but check in was seamless and property was great!

We where in this Hotel around 14 Night in None Smooking room but Smooks cause we had head ache and Uncomfortablity.i changed room but issue was exist in Morning and also night time. I selected Non refundable payment type to get a bit discount so could not able to cancel my room and chose many other hotel around if that. My wife and I had very bad memory of our staying in this hotel for this 2 weeks and those staff could not assist us to fix issue. For dinner any things that we asked was ran out and for Fast food like sandwiches told me did not have Tomatoes or lettuce.some Staff was good and some was not. I want to say we paid thousands of dollars to stay here and had good time and enjoy of trips but it was not happened and no one care of US.

Had high hopes due to such high reviews but was very disappointed. Had to wait for 15 min when I got there to check in because no one was at front desk.Area did not feel safe at all. There were cops outside both nights. When I arrived, there was a car with a broken out window right in front of hotel. I would have went somewhere else but had already paid and it was non refundable. There was also some kind of event center across street and they partied late into night and I believe that was where most of the problems were coming from. Rooms were nice and clean for the most part. Shower had great pressure!

The rooms are clean and beds very comfy! It's quite spacious and convenient to interstate, shopping and eating. A bit noisy the second night I was there, but kids were on Spring Break. So, I understand the excitement and the noise settled down after while.

Super easy check in, clean. Toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall, drain in shower was not glued in, started floating during my shower. Otherwise clean and modern feeling.

Nicely located, tv didn’t work even after sending maintenance none of the channels were correct, no signal. Noisy kids running down the halls late nights.

No working water, jug of juice in fridge, fries on floor in room. Party in room down hall loud talking in hallways and inconsiderate staff

My stay was okay. Probably wouldn’t have chosen to stay there again, anyway. I was charged $100 for incidentals and noticed 3 days later that the charge hadn’t been refunded. When I called to ask about it the girl at the front desk was short with me, then completely rude and hung up on me. I will never stay there again

Bathrooms were small. Beds were small. No free breakfast. It was clean and nice size room. Good for a business traveler but not so much for a family.

Hotel very nice, very very clean, housekeeping great, parking very good

The front desk clerk at check in was very professional and knowledgeable. She provided a great restaurant recommendation that we really enjoyed! The room was very comfortable and the hall way area was nicely quiet. The pool is heated. Only drawback is the hallway leading to pool is drafty and chilly.

Things were broken and missing. Didn’t have enough pillows for each person.
