My husband has a broken foot and the front desk woman made sure we had a room by the elevator. Room was clean, bed comfy and overall stay was pleasant.

Hotel and room were excellent. They just need airport shuttle available 24 hrs. Husband had to be at the airport at 3:30 am, had to get up with him to drop him off cause airport shuttle didn’t start till 4:30 am and couldn’t find a taxi. Checked in around 9 at night just to be out of there at 3 in the morning

I only book LaQuinta because I thought I can count on comfortable beds and good breakfast. This location was sad in comparison to all the othe LaQuinta's we have stayed at. They use every way they can to cut corners. The soap is in containers mounted on the sid ofvthe shower instead of small disposable ones. With the ones that aren't disposable you have no idea if they have anything else in the bottle with the soap. To me this is unsanitary. The mattress is hard and on a cheap metal bed frame. Everytime you move in the bed you hear this loud noise from the metal moving. Then you get to breakfast. The eggs were horrible. I have helped make eggs that were this way. You take a bag and boil it. Once its done then you cut open the bag and out come eggs. They were barely tolerable. The sausage was disgusting and the syrup for waffles was very thin and runny. Just a disgusting breakfast. This location is not up to normal standards and extremely disappointing.

I like how clean the room was. The staff were extremely nice and attentive. And I also like how they have a free shuttle to Graceland and the airport. I wish there were more dining options around or even menus of places to call for to get food delivered.

The front desk was great. The room wasn’t perfectly clean. There were cup stains on the bed side table and the bathroom garbage wasn’t emptied which felt like someone had been in the room. Otherwise it was great.

There was pounding around our room while we stayed. When we checked in, the counter staff was not welcoming.
