The hotel was ok it's just the front desk person was so rude and he had a smart mouth sad case

They’re over charging and the hotel tv channels don’t work no ice machine WiFi half work Again there over charging and there not even finshed remolding You can’t book online cause they want you to pay full price

This hotel is trash! Driving into the parking lot there was a large mattress that everyone was driving over like it was no big deal. WARNING! The pictures on the website are NOT the actual hotel. They are what the hotel is going to be once they renovate! Walked in and the overwhelming smell of ********* takes your breathe away. While I was in the lobby the front desk worker, AJ, actually kicked out a homeless man and told him, "quit trying to ********** in this hotel". There is a myriad of issues with this hotel. They are in the process of closing to completely renovate and reopening under a new name. Meaning if you contact Baymont the do not care because this hotel is not going to be a part of them. I immediately called the place that I booked the hotel and told them about what was going on. After 5 hours of back and forth between the booking site and the front desk I finally got relocated to a different hotel. AFTER I had to pay for one night at this bad excuse of a hotel. I am out of a little over one hundred dollars because this hotel misrepresented itself. The whole place is packed with construction materials and debris. My best advice is to RUN! NONE of the amenities are available. Everything is either broken or stuffed full of remodeling equipment.

This property was horrible and disgusting. Mold, dirt and overall a zero. The site didn't indicate a remodel it has materials everywhere. They started at 8 am making plenty noise no warning. To top it off 1st room smells dirty pull out bed and disgusting mattress and carpet dirty. Room 2 trash all in the sofa bed walls ceiling floors furniture dirty mold & hair all in the bathroom just horrible. Broken microwave It was 2 am in the morning so couldn't get anything to close to audit. To top it off ***** and ************. Prostutes and plenty illegal activity. Guy on the 2nd floor put out a door camera after work hours to watch the traffic. Second floor smoked out from **** and cigarettes Told the front desk guy he wants to argue about what they don't allow lies I want a full refund and this the worst ever baymont. 225-650-5098

This was one of the more marginal Baymonts we've stayed in, although it was quiet and the employees were nice. Breakfast if you can call it that had no cereal and the juice machine was broken. The property is well worn and needs an upgrade. But for$61/night what do you expect?

The best I can say is I wasn't assaulted. No sign out front - is it even still a Baymont? Indifferent and inattentive desk clerk, musty odor, everything "out of order." Room wasn't clean, no hot water, carpet was torn revealing tacks, list goes on and on. Breakfast was a bad joke.

Very noisy. We had someone knocking at our doors at 1 am. A fight between multiple men and women started in the hallway at 2 am. My kids were very scared. The hotel floor was dirty. The breakfast did not have anything for the kids to drink. There is a sign in the parking lot saying they are not responsible for the theft of your car! Just near the entrance of the hotel, there were three police cars making arrests and searching a vehicle. Of course, the pool was not working :) Sketchy characters were taking 8 yogurts upstairs and others were taking all the biscuits. The breakfast staff was working hard but they could not smile. Not blaming them! You must be desperate to work there and stupid to stay in this hotel.

First of all, I grew up in the projects and they weren’t as bad as this! They advertise that there is a pool and Jacuzzi however, they’re both closed at this point. The fitness room is just a place where a lot of junk is being stored. People are living there long-term, and many of them look like they have drug problems. We were awakened at two in the morning by people fighting in the halls. Also, two in the morning seems to be the time to change out the dumpsters so it’s very noisy. They say that they are doing renovations however this has been going on for a while based on reviews. The breakfast is extremely basic and I couldn’t even get jam for my toast. The windows in the room didn’t fit properly so it sounded like we were sitting in the middle of the interstate. I understand that homeless people need a place to stay too however, it should be advertised as a long-term rental place.
