A shotgun house is a long narrow unit with no central hallway - so the living room flows into the bedroom which flows into the dining room, without separation; perfect for couples and solo travelers. The bathroom and kitchen were just renovated! The apartment has stylish furnishings, a big screen TV, a comfortable memory foam mattress and laundry in unit. Pets are welcome! The location: Super central Midtown location! Easy to drive anywhere in Memphis or Uber/Lyft. Easy and free street parking. Other things to note: This is a lower unit in an old historic building - you may hear other guests walking around in the unit above you.
