Great hotel right by the sea with a great garden! The restaurant was great! Unfortunately for a 5 star hotel, there was little water in the room and Nespresso machine. There was also no cosmetics or soap! Service in the room was OK

A place to unwind and relax. The pools were amazing and heated to a good temperature so going for a swim was a pleasure. I have been to other hotels in March in the Canaries and they have had wonderful pools but absolutely freezing so can’t go in them. Very important to me as I like to have a morning swim before breakfast. I would return to the hotel just for the pools. Everything else was very good, the food, service, cleanliness. Good size rooms with a very comfortable bed and lots of storage space. Lovely balcony with good views. We were on the 3rd floor with a side sea view room. The hotel has a feeling of grandeur especially in the reception area. My one gripe is that we got the RIU transfer to the hotel which took about an hour which was acceptable but going to the airport they transfer was going to pick us up 5 hours before our flight. We did not want to hang about the airport for that length of time so got the hotel transfer which cost us 55 euro.

Arrived here to friendly but professional welcome. (Other local hotels could learn from RIU) Offered a welcome drink in their Rosebar which was very welcome after a day of travelling. Room allocated was located as requested prior. Housekeeping service was spot on and timely. We found the hotel an oasis of calmness during the day - no problem with sunbeds unless you wanted the infinity pool and the right balance of evening entertainment. Food choice and the quality was excellent in the main restaurant and the Krystal al a carte. Bar service through the hotel was excellent and prices reasonable. Add on the perfect location leading down to the front promenade - this hotel ticked all our boxes. Would return without question.

This was our third visit in 3 years to this hotel. This occasion was our anniversary, the staff at the hotel were aware of this and congratulated us with champagne chocolate and flowers. The food is excellent and location perfect. The Krystal and Spanish restaurant staff also were aware of our anniversary and made us very welcome. Service food housekeeping was great. Entertainment and white night were also well organised and fun.

We had an amazing stay from start to finish. We received a lovely warm welcome, and it was such a nice touch that the staff remembered us from our previous visit. The hotel is fantastic—modern, spotless, and full of positive energy. The staff are absolutely impeccable: friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond. The food is delicious with a wide variety to choose from, and the service in the dining areas is exceptional. The pools are beautiful, with water at the perfect temperature, and there are plenty of sunbeds available. The location is also ideal—peaceful yet convenient. We truly can’t wait to return!

An absolutely magnificent stay at this hotel, from the moment we arrived everything was perfect. A very warm welcome and they remembered us from our previous stay last year, we had a lovely surprise with an upgraded room. There is plenty of choice of food in the restaurant, delicious starters and mains. The hotel is immaculate and the grounds perfect. There are plenty of sun beds, nothing is too much trouble and we cannot wait to return.

The hotel was well designed and spacious (we found no problem securing sun loungers) and also in a great location. The staff at the hotel were very attentive; check in, bar staff, waiters in the dining room and the cleaning staff. There was a great selection of delicious food at both breakfast and dinner which was well presented and plentiful. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely go back. Thank you.
