Felicidades al personal del restaurante, la comida es casera pero bien preparada, habitación, piscinas y baños muy limpios, cócteles ricos, algunas habitaciones cuentan con bastante humedad. Adquirí un paquete con comidas y todas las ”bebidas”, los visite con una paciente en tratamiento oncológico (no ingiere bebidas alcohólicas ni azucaradas) para mi sorpresa dentro del paquete de bebidas no incluye aguas aromáticas (una taza cuesta $4.000 y son las que encuentras en el supermercado por $2.000 la caja X 20 unidades) ni café. Lo cual en ningún documento lo aclara. Considerando que adquirí un paquete con bebidas y una persona no iba a tener que tomar, busque a un funcionario para pedir ayuda, me atendió un chico llamado Felipe quien dijo ser de servicio al huésped, le expuse la situación quién respondió lo escalaría con el jefe y al siguiente día nos daría respuesta. Nunca más nos volvió hablar ni para confirmar o negar el servicio. Me preguntó a cuántas más personas le hacen lo mismo, nunca atienden las solicitudes y sencillamente los huésped toman la decisión de no volver. Creo que el huésped debe ser lo más importante, no garantizaron lo que segun la reserva me incluía, debí pagar aguas aromáticas al triple del costo, y un funcionario se burló de mi solicitud porque jamás le dio importancia. Si piensan visitar el hotel y tienen algún tipo de diagnóstico médico verifiquen muy bien antes si la alimentación cubre sus necesidades, todas las bebidas tienen azúcar y ya hospedados no hay quien te apoye.
