Good location close to bars and restaurants. There was poor service at the hotel. They gave us a room outside the hotel that had leaks in the bathroom. When I told them about this they said they were going to look into it and they never did.

La atención y el servicio es muy malo. La habitación la entregaron con el baño sucio y en mal estado y nos hicieron esperar una hora para hacer el aseo. No entregaron información sobre los servicios del hotel, ni factura de venta. La comida fría y regular, no es recomendable.

El Hotel es bueno pero ya en el sitio me cobraron el IVA adicional a lo que ya habíamos pagado por la página web en donde decía que en el costo pagado se incluían todos los impuestos y que no deberíamos pagar nada más adicional. Les mostré la reserva y sin embargo me cobraron el IVA, claramente no volvería, ni lo recomendaría.

Ofrecen precios que después cambian, las recepcionistas son pésimas y en el check out no te guardan las maletas si no sigues consumiendo en el hotel. Resumen estafa total además aparecen em booking y después te cancelan reserva para que los contactes directamente diciendo supuestamente ofrececiendo mejores precios

Al llegar nos asignaron una habitación pequeña (diferente a la de la reserva), al solicitar la de la reserva, por la cuál habiamos cancelado, nos hicieron esperar hasta las 8:00 p:m para entregarla, pues no la tenian lista... Las zonas húmedas que ofrecen no sirven (las ofertan en la reserva) pero al llegar al hotel informar que hace un mes no sirve, la fuerte o chorritos están sucios llenos de popo de paloma y eso es bien desagradable. En conclusión ofertan servicios y esta oferta es mentira, falta mantenimiento y mayor aseo a las instalaciones.
