Hostel near tram stop, Queen Victoria market and shops/dining. There are also kitchens, laundry, common areas, and more in the hostel, although it can be quite noisy at night. Noise insulation in the room is not very good as you can hear noises from outside the room.

I stayed 3 nights in a female ensuite dorm and unfortunately the beginning wasnt the best/ bathrooms quite dirty as well as bed sheets. After pointing it to the reception it got immediately cleaned. The room was ok, quite space for 6 people. The kitchens are only on two floors and they can become busy at times.

A man front staff was so kind. I had a mistake of booking rooms,but he dealt with my problem quickly,so I stayed there comfortably.

Avoid at all costs. 1. Credit card details were required at checking-in even after the full payment was already made on Trip. This policy was not stated clearly during the time of booking. I did not owe you anything, why did I need to give you my card? (Readers, would you like to give me your credit card details? I know you don't owe me anything but just to make me feel ok, give me your credit card.) 2. The design made the rooms extremely noisy. The rooms were on the side of the floor, and the centre is the common living area. The doors are facing the centre. As a result, you hear guests shouting and yelling all the time. When I was checking out, a guest complained about this. The poor girl would rather give up the money she already paid than staying any longer. 3. The "ensuite" design means the chance of waiting for a toilet is extremely likely, even if you paid for a 4-bed room (like I did). Waiting for half an hour to use a toilet was no fun, especially during the middle of night.

Poor service, they took my baggage and forgot where they put the keys. I wait for 20 minutes for them to find the key for the room and take my baggage. Also, they charging 1$ per hour if you want to leave your baggage their. I think that is a lot, you have already paid for the accommodation. Overcharged Usually hostels allows to leave your thinks until do the check in

Open area is spacious. Kitchen is spacious but no where available in fridge. No hairdryer provided in room, ID card is required as guarantee if you borrow it at reception. The toilet is small, no space for toiletries, not even a hook. The toilet has some bad odour. There was dripping right at the ceiling above the toilet bowl, I reported to the staff, they promised to follow up yet no one did that before I check out. I have to tolerate the dripping during my whole stay.
