Great experience. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

Club staff lovely. Unfortunately had open water bottle used from previous person, wasn't replaced and made the rest of the room feel less clean.

A nice cosy hotel in city center. They serve good breakfast! The room is super comfortable and big. The scenery from room is mainly other surrounding buildings. Parking is easy if you opt for valet. But very expensive AUD90 per day (24hrs).

Grand Hyatt Melbourne has a perfect location so that I could access to tram very easily. I will also recommend to my friends and colleagues later.

Hotel was centrally located and walking distance to Chinatown and CBD however rooms were a little dated and could use a little refresh

The hotel itself is beautiful located in the heart Center of Melbourne the service was fabulous. But the room is quite outdated.

Had a great stay though it was a very busy weekend in Melbourne. Rooms were clean and breakfast was really good.

It’s an old hotel and needs upgrading. Pool area is a disaster, dull and ugly. Very outdated decor. Hallway dark and gloomy. The bedroom was worn out. Bed head material was coming apart. Not a 5 star hotel and definitely not value for money. There are much newer and cheaper hotels in Melbourne with better amenities. The one thing that was fabulous was the breakfast. Amazing variety, wonderful staff and lovely ambience. The location of the hotel is also great and convenient as it is close to amazing restaurants and bars. The pillows were also comfortable.

The hotel itself is beautiful located in the heart Center of Melbourne the service was fabulous. I loved the city view from my room , the only down side was is the cleaning wasn’t done properly the room was dusty and the carpet was filthy it needs an upgrade!!

Location is great and near to the museums. Trams are also nearby to move around the CBD. The famous croissant is just next door. The breakfast have halal friendly options. You just have to state clearly you need halal so they don’t grill your bread with the bacon. To note that some of the items don’t have the names of the food. So do take note to ask first if you require halal options.

Service was very good but overall experience I would rate it as mediocre. The location is very convenient. The room looks quite dated. When we entered the room, i killed 2 bugs and was very worried if they were bed bugs, so called room service and they came down to attend to us right away. However, the hotel facilities were not functioning very well. For instance, the touch screen lift was not working well. Many time we scanned our room cards, it doesn't detect our floors so we ended up missing our floor and went up or down with other guests. The bath tub with spa function was so loud when turned on, you could hear them by the bed outside the toilet. All the furnishing in the room and surrounding seems very outdated. The chairs on the breakfast tables were not looking very new and quite dirty with stains and dirts.

It was comfortable and relaxing stay. Looking forward to staying there again!

Great staff and location. Rooms were deluxe and quiet. Classic but modern feel. Amazing bed and bathroom. Both dining and at Collins kitchen and in room was delicious.

By far the best hotel in Melbourne. Outstanding.
