Prime location, just 5 mins walk from South Cross station. There is a tram station right in front of hotel entrance.
However, the office hour of concierge is 8am to 8pm. Late arrival would be a concern.

It is highly recommended to get the suite with the river view! The view from the window is absolutely gorgeous. The suite is huge, clean, and modern; I really have nothing to complain about regarding my stay.
However, their reception closes at 8 PM. If you plan to check in late, you need to pre-fill their forms and other information, and you only receive the instructions for your keys later that evening. I found this to be inconvenient and unsettling. This was the only downside of my stay.

This apartment is right on the edge of Melbourne’s free tram zone, just a few blocks from Flinders Street Station—an ideal base for anyone familiar with the city’s tram network. Getting around is straightforward if you know how to make the most of the free transport system.
The apartment itself is well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. A functional kitchen includes a stove, an ample supply of cutlery and plates, and a smart TV with built-in access to Netflix—perfect for winding down after a day out. The heater did emit a high-pitched noise when first switched on, but it settled once the temperature stabilized, allowing for a restful night.
The only down side is the reception is not 24hrs.

Upon check-in, I encountered an unfriendly front desk staff member who insisted on an actual credit card for the security deposit, despite my clarification. Her curt response, "That's what I said," left me questioning the professionalism expected at this establishment. Additionally, the room lacked a quilt, providing only a blanket that did not justify the price paid for the night….The view was also disappointing, differing significantly from the online photos.

Front counter service was 10/10. Room was great, tidy & comfortable. Would love if the sheets were softer but otherwise, can't fault my stay and would definitely return. Excellent location.

The location and the view were pretty awesome! Wish the hotel had a closer parking space. The amenities were also nice and the staff at the front desk were really really nice. Highly recommend!
