Location, Location, Location.

The biggest advantage of this apartment is its excellent location, offering convenient access to transportation and dining. Numerous restaurants are nearby, along with a Coles supermarket. The tram and train stations are less than a minute's walk away, and many must-see attractions and shopping malls in the CBD are within a 20-minute walk. The building entrance has two electronic locks for accessing the elevator lobby, providing a good sense of security. The room faces Coles, and while you can see people and activities in the opposite building, the distance is moderate and doesn't feel oppressive. However, due to its location on a busy street, noise from people and traffic is unavoidable even with the windows closed. The apartment has only one bedroom. Cleanliness is acceptable, and basic amenities are provided. However, some details could significantly improve the guest experience. For example: the hairdryer seems to be a lightweight travel model; no laundry detergent was provided; air conditioning is only available in the living room, not the bedroom (this wasn't a major issue as I stayed in winter); some frying pans were burnt; herbs and black pepper were clumped together and unusable; and the range hood was not working properly.
