Won't release the security deposit they put on my visa card. Try and blame the bank for it still pending 4 days after checking out. They even have a sign on the door saying the bank can take 10 days to release it. The bank says this is not correct, the bank needs confirmation from THEM before releasing the money. It was $300. I'm still waiting. Stay somewhere more honest!

Location is the only plus. Room not cleaned well. Missing cutlery, dirty, mouldy shower. Washing machine smells of mildew. Damaged PowerPoint's. Very basic overall. Owners demanded $300 bond to be paid before receiving key. Totally not good value.

The worst experience ever. The motel said our booking was cancelled when we arrived to check in with no explanation at all. The premises has no reception it is a Asian take away shop so you cannot speak to anyone there about it. We were left to try to find alternate place to stay . Definitely do NOT book here !

This place is awful. They took my money and when we got there they said that we need a key and we need to pay $300 to get a key. Then they told us there wasn’t a booking even though we gave them the co formation details. They are not helpful. There is no one there to assist. Money thieves. Looking at their other bad reviews. They need to be shut down. We ended up leaving and left with out accomodation.

The so called apartment suite that I paid for was nothing like the photos on *********** It was dismal and grubby - I left and stayed elsewhere . Feel as if I was totally ripped off . I regret not taking photos so that I could have shared them . Something should be done about them misleading people ! It’s disgusting what they get away with .

The reception staff are very nice, the explanations are very clear, the location is also very good, I am quite satisfied~ The kitchen is very big, with a dishwasher and an oven. Invincible sea view room, charming scenery, bird's-eye view of the whole city.
