Had a comfortable stay for 3 nights. Hotel about 15-20mins walk from city centre and can pop onto tram in free tram zone. Toilet bowl had a smelly drainage smell which holds presence in the air everytime you flush, was pretty unpleasant.

Great stay, friendly staff, convenient location and comfortable bed. There are minor improvements that can be made, for example, offering free water in the room. Overall, you won’t regret staying here.

We were assigned a wheelchair-accessible room, which we hadn’t requested. The room had a window that couldn't be opened, and unfortunately, people in the corridor on the other side could see into our room when the light was on. When we asked for a room change, a male staff told us there were no available rooms left. To make things worse, there was only one chair in the room, so if you wanted to eat, drink, or just sit down, the only option was the bed. The room was also very dusty, and overall, it wasn't a pleasant place to relax.

Great location and very nice hotel - great if you are going to a show - breakfast was nice and complimentary drinks was a nice surprise- staff were very friendly - will come back

Beautifully appointed room, well stocked mini bar with great selection of snacks and drinks, fabulous location on the edge of China Town and Melbournes theatres .
Only small negative was that housekeeping didn't get round to servicing the room until about 17.00, which is far too late if you've returned from an all day outing and just want to relax, however I understand the hotel was short staffed and a quick call to reception soon got any issues resolved

Check in process could have been faster , considering it was boutique it took the receptionist a bit long to check me in considering I was a late arrival and the last person to check in . Room came with steps to get to Which wasn’t advised. Room was ok, bathroom was very large
