The hotel is super convenient. It is in the centre of Bourke street. A lots of shopping, eateries and grocers within 10m walk. Unbelievable. Only set back, they don’t have a washing machine in the apartment. The view from the apartment is good. I stay on a very high floor.
The apartment is clean but a bit outdated. Overall, I will return to stay again

My family and I enjoyed our recent stay at Citadines on Burke Melbourne. The standout positives were:
1. Staff Service: Check-in was excellent. The staff were warm, professional, and very helpful, setting a welcoming tone immediately.
2. Room Size: Plenty of room for luggage and for everyone to move around without feeling cramped.
3. Bathroom Amenities: The provided toiletries were nice quality and appreciated.
Items for improvements:
The spaciousness makes this hotel ideal for families. However, to make them truly perfect for families like ours, I'd suggest the management consider offering some room options with two queen-size beds to enhance comfort and sleep quality for parents and children sharing the room.
Despite this suggestion, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay thanks to the great service, ample space, and good facilities. We would definitely consider staying again.

We had a great stay at Citadines on Bourke for 7 nights. To be honest, I never had such good night sleep at any other hotels like at Citadines. Location is super convenient, trams stop right in front of the hotels with many good restaurants around. Walking distance to many places of interests, high-end shopping street and supermarkets are just around the corner. Definitely will stay here if visiting Melbourne again.

The hotel locates at city centre and there is tram station in front of it, super convenience! The staff provides good service to us, the room is big and the price are worthwhile.

Clean & spacious room with a pantry as well.
It's a quiet room just as requested upon my reservation.
Good location, just few stops away by free tram from the Southern Cross Station.
Friendly staffs at the concierge to greet me at my late night arrival from the airport.
