Excellent service as usual, check in was a breeze and the front desk staff was amazing. My only complaint on this trip, they had no heat in the lobby (Come on folks, that’s an easy fix) It was freezing trying to have a few drinks at the lobby bar. Overall a great place to stay, fantastic Front Desk staff

The hotel was great. I loved the oceanfront view, especially higher up. Mr. Joe at the front desk was very courteous and most helpful. The restaurant inside the hotel was great. Brian who rent out the umbrella and chairs (get there early to rent for the entire day $40) was also very respectful and laid back. The only problem I have is paying for parking at $9.95 per day. It is a hidden cost that if a person is on a tight could run into problems at the end of their stay. Oh, since COVID, you must request housekeeping ahead of time if you want your room cleaned. Overall love my stay and hopefully will return soon.

This hotel is located when you drive by. The room is especially good for the North American Marriott. The location is in Melbourne, Florida. There are beaches nearby, which is very recommended.

The rooms in this hotel are all invincible sea view rooms, the rooms are large, the front desk staff is very warm, there are two big supermarkets like Walmart and winx on the opposite side of the hotel!

Stayed there for a soccer tournament in the area. Everything was great. Nice bar & lounge for watching sports. Guest laundry washing & drying machines was a plus! Will stay there for future games in that area!

The surrounding environment of the hotel is good, right by the sea. However, the hotel facilities are relatively old, there are not many guests, parking charges, sea view rooms booked, but you can only see the side sea view. Compared to the price of more than 2000 yuan, this hotel is not cost-effective. Not recommended

Get out of the airport, turn right and it is within 5 minutes walk. Very clean, except the fact that I got another person’s hairband in the carpet and the carpet was a bit smelly. Good breakfast.

GGuest UserReception was great. Check in smooth. Room clean, updated and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
One downside was a loud neighbor, but she settled down about 10:30. Unfortunately, she woke up at 5:30……
Not in control of hotel, I know. But next time we use this hotel, I will be sure that my room doesn’t have an adjoining room door. Made the sound like it was in the room.
Despite the noisy neighbor, we will definitely use this hotel again. Everything else that was in control of the hotel was very good.

Maybe because the hurricane is very humid, the floor of the room is always wet and sticky, and the breakfast is very general. Cleaning the famous hotel, but really a bit over-reputed. But as a temporary haven, thank you!

JJINGThe room was large and I had a quiet room. Parking is free. The breakfast is complete and it happens to have blueberries. There are also crocodiles in the pond outside the hotel. Ctrip booking is very convenient.

GGuest UserWe had a good time, but you can hear everything between rooms and the hallway. The table in the room didn't seem clean.
The breakfast was very good and the coffee was good, thanks to the staff who are very kind and warm, especially the receptionist Martha who attended to us with great pleasure and kindness, she gave us instructions on everything we needed to know.
Very grateful.
