I’ve booked 3 rooms. When i arrived i had to contact the host myself. Normally the host will contact us before checking in to ensure we could check into our rooms smoothly. The hotel should remark that we have to contact the host before checking in if they wont contact us first. Because we have to fill a form for each room so it takes so much time. I even have to wait for the host to set our room. We were supposed to check in by 3pm but there’s 1 room that we had to check in at 6pm. The host asked us to park at the mall’s parking which we have to pay ourselves if we did. After negotiating the host agreed to give us the parking card first but we had to wait in my sister’s room first. It has 5 lifts for both blocks but only 2 lifts can be used. Had to wait almost an hour to get ourselves inside the lift. Other than that, the water supply in block b was yellow. Would definitely not repeat to stay here again. But on the bright side, the rooms are spacious and clean. Suitable for families

Kind of off the city area , more of a shop lot based operation. But adequate for a overnight. The cleanliness was good and the room and toilet well maintained. Just spent a night. Hardly interacted with the staff as I was away from room mostly. It was on promo , and paid RM60.00 for the queen bed room.
