The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming when we were check in with a complimentary cookies, when we got into the room we realised that the fridge wasn't working, we let housekeeping and they immediately changed a new fridge for us. the room was nice and spacious the lights are working fine however the sofa a a little old ed stained.the body foam that they provide probably only can last a day and you are need to ask the housekeeping refill it if staying more then a day . the breakfast is great although we could get a clean table and had to ask the waiter to clean the table for us before we could go and get the food. overall we love the bed the soft pillow and it was a good stay .

We had stayed in Hatten hotel a few years for the first time and liked it very much. So for our second visit it is a natural choice for us again. The staff was friendly and the household service was prompt in sending extra towels at night. We had used the swimming pool this time unlike our previous visit. It was clean and looked well maintained. Its location was excellent as it is next to two malls. Jonker walk is about 20 minutes away by foot. The only disappointment we had was the quality of the breakfast and Ramadan dinner. There is a wide selection of food items but it was quantity over quality.

This is a very new hotel which started their business in March 2023. Wanted to try on the first day of opening but due to some reason, it was delayed till now. It’s a first Marriott hotel in Melaka, so I do have very high expectations from them. As a Marriott platinum elite member, I’ve stayed in many hotel under Marriott organisation. Upon reaching the hotel with grab car, the staff came up to me immediately and lead me to the check in counter, the lobby are huge, and I can still smell that the hotel are still so new. Not much of the guest in the lobby area, it’s a Monday so I guess it’s normal. No suite room upgrade and no complimentary breakfast for a platinum member, although I was upgraded to a strait view room which I appreciated it. It can see a tiny bit of the sea. Apart from that, I guess the room size and amenity are the same. The check in staff told me that the suite room was full… I mean.. it’s a Monday.. and I literally still can see the suite room was available in the Bonvoy app. As I’ve mentioned, I’ve been to many hotel under Marriott organisation. I don’t always get upgraded to a suite room, but it was okay, I do understand all these are subjected to individual hotel policy and it’s all a good will. But I guess the staff could just tell me that the hotel are still new, the suite room are limited and it’s reserved for paying guest. I would totally understand that. But I don’t think it’s wise to you know, use a default replied as member like us, we check on the app. For me, if there’s no available suite room, I wouldn’t even ask for an upgrade. Secondly, there’s no complimentary breakfast, I paid RM70 for the 2 day breakfast. I’ve stayed in a few courtyard hotel, this was the first one that I’ve paid for breakfast, there might be other courtyard that don’t provide complimentary breakfast for guest with elite status, maybe I didn’t stay much enough to see it all. I’ve stayed with hotel that told me that their facility actually don’t offer complimentary breakfast for elite member, but they will just give it to me as a good will on top of my welcome gift. Just a little suggestion, like maybe let the counter staff to decide, if they could slip in some complimentary breakfast to guest with elite status or even guest that potentially come back again. I’m not complaining here, just some of my suggestions. The room are new, nice and spacious, very clean. Nice TV channel selection, view was great. Bed are firm to the level that I like, they offer pillow menu as well. Had very good sleep for the 2 night. Breakfast was very basic. There’s a very annoying flies flying around my table.. how did it come into the hotel, lol. Gym are small but there should be everything you need. The infinity pool are great! Very good view and very Instagrammable. Please visit the pool when you are here. The staff and friendly and nice. Would come back again to the hotel when I’m back in Melaka.

Location wise is tip top nearby jonker street, service is really good and attentive especially breakfast, it was ala carte and delicious. Hotel beautifully decorated with babanyonya style. Room are little outdated, old tv, no socket beside bed, small hair dryer, non sensitive door handle. With the price we paid we could get better quality of facilities tho, narrow gym & swimming pool. However, TQ to everyone in the hotel, they’re very friendly and accommodating

This hotel is very in a good strategic place!!! Love how we can have a stroll at night to the riverside, in the evening having cendol at warung just infront of hotel, and chinese coffee shop beside it. With a reasonable price. Recommended. But, they can improve on their cafe cleanliness. I believe they can do better.

Hi, we taught had booked a hotel room at Grandeur Hotel & Spa but end up with a shoplot rooms wt a different budget hotel under same management so called ”Avaria Hotel”. Its just a queen size bedroom provided not as booked room earlier, don't have lift only staircase to 2nd flr so get ready to carry your heavy luggage & pls purchase mineral botol since u have to walk downstairs to refill fr waterfilters provided, bedsheets looks quite old but ok clean... Just nice for a night stay, bathroom is ok wt hot shower filter, nearest food restaurants & a strategic place to city centre

Room ok for twin bedroom. Need a little improvement when it comes to cleanliness. Room not that clean, cup so dirty and have cracked. I need to asked for replacement . Door key card not working. Staff friendly atleast they managed to resolved my concerns. Thank you 🙏 😊

Great experience with Rosa Malacca. From the entrance to the room until checkout. Mr Steve, the sarawak reception guy (i sempat tanya dia asal mana hehe) is damn friendly & soft spoken. Siap bagi choice i nak bilik view mana sama ada city atau courtyard view. Siap tanya baby i perlukan baby cot tak. I don’t request anything but he is really accommodating and good heart. We love his hospitality so much The 1st Hotel I checked in without Deposit! But they remind you not to cause damage in the room and no smoking gais. Clean room everything complete. The coffee house vibe is really beautiful with good music. The coffee house staff also friendly echah and aishah. Great hospitality and culture in here keep it up gais. Stayed at this hotel for two nights. The hotel has only been repaired for about2-3 months but some cracks have appeared in the room here. The bedroom is a lot of dust and the bed is uncomfortable. The TV has only 6 channels. You have to spend about 15-20 minutes to go to the shopping area of Haqi and Makhota. The parking lot is opposite the hotel and is open-air. Breakfast type is preferred, if this is not included in your room rate, I think you can not go. It takes about half an hour to walk to Jonker Street. The only comfort is that there are many restaurants nearby. Nearby casserole is open at night, offering delicious food and at a reasonable price.

1. Location Strategically located nearby Hatten Hotel and Mahkota Parade. Walking distance about 8-10 mins. Have speedmart 99 & Watson's just across the street from the hotel. Also a famous Baba nyonya restaurant (Ole Sayang) right beside. 2. Service Free parking provided behind the hotel (not shaded). Otherwise can park at the roadside carpark by MBMB & claim the money from hotel. 3. Cleanliness Overall is ok. Can be cleaner. Stained sheets & toilet sink can be seen. 4. Amenities Basic toiletries provided, however we noticed the dental kit has been open. So we dare not use it. Clean filtered (Coway) water & ironing board provided at every level. Only local channels in the TV, but we're out most of the time, so ok.

Is an old building, not renovated for long time, windows are not opening at least in my room, there’s no bench to open your luggage, taps was leaking,was impossible to adjust the hot/cold water to the shower,overall very clean,the staff helpful as they allowed us to check in 1 hour earlier,breakfast has very poor variety,no mineral water provided,no shower gel , no toothpaste, only hand soap and shampoo gel was provided

Very satisfy stay when visit to Melaka with friend! Booked twin room without window, stay last floor with staircase, but blessing no dampness smell, room well cleaned (is very clean!) and sanitised by housekeeping. Toilet very clean, bed also comfy and clean, TV aircon and free WiFi all work well, also provided 2 bottle drinking water in room with kettle and mug/cup. Hotel no provide breakfast but bring along hotel room key to breakfast bar (Eggxtra) next door entitle 10% discount, with reasonable price. Along Hotel have some local eatery so no worry to fill tummy during night time. Take note all traveller, hotel reception is collect (accept cash only) MYR100 refundable deposit. A cosy boutique hotel with its own private parking and at a great location. There are literally many eateries and even massage shops near it. If you want the typical Starbucks, it is just opposite the hotel. There is also convenience shops nearby. The hotel is superbly clean and chic. The design is great for those instagram lovers. Sadly, the pantry is non-existence and there is only a small kitchenette at the lobby. There is no lift so for those who are carrying big luggages, please be prepared to carry them up the flight of stairs. The stairs are unsuitable for those wearing skirts and just a tilt of the head will allow me to see your inner skirt. And apparently, there is also no staff available at the location after 12am. My friend and I were awaken by one of the rooms shouting at their top of their voice if the other one had worn underwear. They were hanging out along the corridor for a good 5 minutes shouting and banging the door. The next day, when we told the receptionist and asked if he could speak to the couple, all he said was oh I wasn't around and I am sorry to hear that. I then decided to speak to the night receptionist who told me that he would leave after 12am and that the man was probably drunk. Isn't this dangerous? What if there is a fight happening in the hotel and no one was there to prevent it? The concept is cool that it is a house (where everyone come together) but it wasn't explained explicitly what we are supposed to do in times of emergency and no one around to help.
