The hotel is sparkling clean. Staffs are responsive and attentive. Complimentary parking is a bonus. Breakfast is good with many varieties of selections.

We were unimpressed by the service staff for the breakfast buffet. My family members asked for butter but the butter was not refilled by the time we left and checked out. We were at the 23rd floor and were treated to a wonderful display of fireworks at 12 midnight which was a pleasant surprise.

Great hotel with good city view. Have variety of dishes for breakfast, room is clean and staff is friendly. Recommend for staying when travelling to Melaka

Everything was okay — the service was good and the staff were friendly. However, the hotel seemed very old, they should maintain the building and interior to make it look and feel more comfortable. The corridor had a bad smell coming from the carpet, which I didn’t like. I stayed on level 16, but I’m not sure if the other floors have the same issue.

Hotel is clean, provide memory foam pillow when request. Staffs were friendly and offer free breakfast for seniors.
