Although one can see that the place is past its glorious days, that‘s exactly the charme of it. Staff was very friendly, food in the restaurant good and service at the table a remembrance of days gone by. Location somewhat far from the centre, but the garden makes it a nice location to stay. We liked it!

The help from the staff was faultless, and the interior was an opulence of tiling. The room was adequate although some bath salts would have been welcome. The biggest disappointment was the meal. The fillet of bass was poorly cooked and tasteless. The garlic sauce had no piquancy and was also tasteless. The small amount of vegetables were overcooked. Breakfast was a similar disappointment. M'semn, boiled eggs and small croissant. I've eaten in petrol stations and auberge all over Morocco and this was the worst meal if been given. Everybody gives you water with your food, except here. Walk into town to eat. Cheaper and much better cooked meals are available.

Wonderful place. Quiet and perfect for relaxing by the pool. The welcome is generally good but the staff is a little "cold". Perhaps reservation linked to hotel guidelines?

A soulless hotel like hotels in this category often... Nothing to say about the comfort of the rooms and the availability of the swimming pools. A beautiful view of the medina. But an extremely noisy nightclub under our windows meant we had to change rooms in the middle of the night!!!! The staff does their job without more. The breakfast is very pleasant and the servers in the morning are rather friendly. Evening meals good.

On our tour of Morocco this was the best hotel of those hired. The beautiful surroundings as well as the decoration. The attention of the staff is also very correct. I did not give a higher score since we were given a room close to a nightclub and it was impossible to sleep due to the intensity of the sound that prevented our rest. They proceeded to change it but in the next one the sliding door of the gallery did not close properly and cold came in through the crack. They proceeded to give us another room but we lost more than an hour of our rest.
