Hotels in People Square/Meizhouxi Railway Station, Meizhou

This was our first time visiting Meizhou; understand this hotel was opened 6 weeks ago (early Oct). The rooms were good size, beds & pillows were firmed, showers had great water pressure. However, their air conditioning weren’t working so we had to open the windows and curtains — the hotel across had lots of lights and the streets are noisy so we weren’t able to sleep well. We also picked to have buffet breakfasts at the hotel which was supposed to be available from 7 am to 10 am. They were still bringing out foods out at 7:15 am. Selections were ok but coffees made from the coffee machines were not hot enough. Overall happy with our stay of 2 nights.

We flew all the way from Australia to pay homage to our grandpa’s motherland in Meizhou — and staying at this hotel made our journey truly unforgettable! Hands down, the best hotel ever!!! They upgraded both of our rooms to Executive Deluxe, and every single staff member — from the driver, reception team, to the housekeeping staff — was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. The people of Meizhou are so warm and genuinely appreciative of Hakka descendants returning to their roots. You can really feel a special, divine energy in this beautiful province. You MUST try the hotel’s restaurant — absolutely delicious and authentic Hakka cuisine! And the buffet breakfast was amazing too! We are soooo happy and grateful! Thank you so much for making our trip home to our motherland even more wonderful. 💛✨🇨🇳

There are more than 100 rooms in the ceiling. They are spacious, bright and clean. The water pressure is great. The bath is very comfortable. The environment is clean and not noisy. As soon as I walked into the room, I saw the tea set I liked and the projection. It was very comfortable to make a pot of tea and watch a movie. The room is intelligently controlled, and the refrigerator and washing machine are complete. Very good and worth recommending, come back next time!

The compound building is distinctive, sleeping at night is also very quiet, the yard is also very comfortable, the food is good, and the children are happy to play.

Facilities: All the facilities that a family should have are available, including tea sets, kitchen utensils, refrigerators, and mahjong tables. However, we did not cook. The facilities are very new in all aspects. Hygiene: Cleaned as expected, the bedding is soft and clean. Very suitable for family outings and friends gatherings Environment: It is quiet in the community, the view and air are very good. I am relatively quiet and comfortable with my own private space. The second floor of the duplex is very large, and adults and children have independent activity spaces, separate tea drinking area, mahjong area, dining area, and reception area. Service: The boss lady is very enthusiastic❤️It was my first time to visit Meizhou. The boss lady recommended local specialties. It was very good, cheap and delicious😋

0010 The lady at the front desk is very kind. The room is clean and relatively new. Parking is convenient. There is a smart TV. It is better than other hotels without smart TV. I will consider staying there next time. I didn't take a picture of the room, but it is really good.

The front desk clerk was very polite and patiently answered and assisted me with many questions. Great. However, the hotel facilities are average. The website says that the double bed room is 30-35m2, but it is only about 20-25m2 in reality. The bathroom is narrow. The toilet is right next to the shower door, which makes it difficult to get in and out. The waterproof sticker on the bathroom is easy to fall off, and the door makes a noise when it is closed. I hope the hotel will pay attention and improve it. The only drawback is that the room faces the road, and there are many cars passing by at 12 o'clock in the evening, making a lot of noise.
