The hotel room is old and small. The room for more than 1,000 yuan per night is not worth it. After calling the front desk, they changed us to a slightly better room upstairs. There was no service to send luggage to the room. There is a lobby on the first floor of Building 8. Musty smell. The hotel's Bordeaux restaurant has a large number of breakfast options, but the breakfast is mediocre and the price is too expensive. You even have to go to the hotel lobby to share a table to eat. The guidance of the entire Ketianxia Scenic Spot is very inadequate. The traffic is chaotic, leaving tourists wandering around like headless flies. Private houses and private cars are mixed in the scenic spot. The recreational facilities are very far apart and there are no clear instructions. They are too scattered. However, the attitude of the hotel staff is quite enthusiastic, and the natural scenery is worth seeing. Generally speaking, the overall management is not in place.

When I first entered the hotel, I heard the warm greetings from the staff at the door. I was in a good mood. The room was very nice. It felt warm and comfortable. The room supplies were very comfortable. I had heard before that praying to the reclining Buddha from a distance can lead to good health, longevity, happiness and contentment! Make a wish quickly😊 After watching the sunrise, go to the health and fitness center for morning exercise! Haha, the staff arrived earlier than me, but fortunately they opened the door for me quickly. This morning exercise location is also amazing, full of sunshine, and the sound of birds accompanies my morning exercise! I was also very satisfied with the breakfast. I chose the original food I like to eat. The staff were so considerate and made me feel warm! A beautiful morning gives me full energy to start today’s trip! Thanks for everything!

This month, I came to Meizhou to participate in tobacco training. I stayed at this hotel for a week. I am very satisfied in all aspects. The whole hotel is made of natural stone inside and outside. The rooms are super spacious and high-quality bedding is really comfortable, and the equipment and facilities are first-class , Lunch and dinner are buffets ordered by the unit. There are many types of dishes and complete styles. You can eat different dishes every day for only 60 yuan per meal. It can be seen that the hotel staff are very attentive to service. They are not familiar with Meizhou. I want to The staff at the front desk were very enthusiastic and patient when I went out for a stroll. I must praise one. The hotel is located in the urban area and you can walk to Wanda in a few minutes. The surrounding Pankeng Scenic Area and Jianying Park are good places for free leisure after dinner. Stay here I spent a wonderful week of training in the bustling city center. Thanks to the front desk of the hotel for helping to print and sort out the materials, and the guest room for helping me with laundry, etc. I hope the hotel can maintain such a good service attitude, come on!

A very good hotel. The service is better than the surrounding five-star hotels. I had a few glasses of wine with local friends during dinner. When I checked in here, I was given a room near the elevator. Manager Qiu also led me to the room. It was very nice. Heartwarming. The experience is not good. I checked in at around 3pm and the water temperature in the private pool was too hot at 56 degrees. How could I take a dip? There was no cold hot spring to add, so we had to wait until we could take a dip. It was already midnight, so we had no choice but to add tap water, but the water was impure and rather turbid. It is suggested that the hotel should solve this problem and add cold hot springs. The room was too small and old. There was too little mineral water, only 2 small bottles. After soaking in the hot spring, there was not enough to drink. The boiled water was too hot. It’s time for new towels and robes. A room worth more than 1,000 yuan is not worth it. Buffet dinner and breakfast had nothing to eat. Anyway, I won’t go there again.
