Facilities: The facilities are basically complete, but they are relatively old! Hygiene: General Environment: The river view room I booked has a nice view👌 But there is nothing around, and it takes more than 1 kilometer to walk to the ancient city. Service: The service is not good enough. I clearly booked a room for two consecutive nights, but they called me the next day to ask if I wanted to extend the room. Moreover, the door card could not open the door the next day. I went to the front desk to swipe the card, and they told me that the door card had to be swiped again every day. This is too inhumane! It can be seen that the hotel has a unique geographical advantage, but the service, internal environment, etc. are not satisfactory. I will not stay here next time!

We travelled in a group of 8 people and we came back here because some of us had stayed at this hotel on previous occasions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Even though not all the staff at the reception are fluent in English, they will go out of their way to assist you through the use of Wechat or a translate app. I cannot reallly comment on the breakfast as I only had coffee … freshly grinded beans and drip which was good. Some rooms had the smell of cigarette and so it would be nice if the hotel could cater for non smoking rooms. Beds were comfortable, Overall we had a pleasant stay.

I couldn't find it using the navigation because the front and back doors were upside down. I had to ask for directions several times before I got in. The room was large and sanitary, but the decoration was old. The walls are falling off and there are not enough parking spaces in the villa. The biggest complaint is that breakfast is included, but children are charged 18 yuan each, and 30 yuan for babies over 1.2 meters tall. In addition to holding babies in the arms, there is a fee for walking. There is not much to eat, and it is far away, so you can only eat here. The landscape environment is okay, but there is nothing to do.
