住的半山腰的房間，環境很好。如果沒有自駕的話可以找酒店的車接送也很方便。工作人員都很熱情。可能開業時間比較長，設施稍有一點老舊。不過瑕不掩瑜。

房間有個大陽台，可以聞到樹木的味道，陽台上吃東西，不錯。設施比較久但是保養了。整體入住不錯。包括門票，不夜城也可以，還挺划算哦，入住了兩晚

非常好的一次入住體驗！酒店工作人員服務意識強，態度好，感覺很親切！酒店座落在景區內，空氣質量超好，呼入的空氣是清新鮮活的感覺！裏面風景也很好，濃濃的客家味兒！總之，性價比高！住在市區不如往在這個酒店！

這個價位，房間設施明顯不足，連一張椅子都沒有。洗澡水不舒服，時大時小，時冷時熱。最不滿意的是早餐，性價比太低！太差！！！

續住了一晚，因為懶得搬運行李了。
房間環境不錯，有陽台，衞生間太大了，其實沒必要那麼大。因為酒店及景點是依山而建，所以需要爬坡。而且景點一般，夜景稍微好一些。所以對我來説不是必須的選擇，如果衹是住宿的話，可以有其他更多的選擇。

早餐非常值得推薦，
房間很大，設施很齊全，位置也很安靜，周圍外賣也能秒達。
最最最最為人稱道當然是客家小鎮，渾然一體，雖説是人造景觀，但旅遊不就是換個地方住住，呼吸新鮮空氣。

酒店房間老舊小 一千多一晚的房間不太值 後面打電話給前台才給我們換了樓上稍微好一點的房間 ，也沒有將行李送到房間的服務，8號樓一樓大廳一股黴味。酒店的波爾多餐廳，早餐人又多品種又少味道也一般，收費還貴，甚至要擠到酒店大堂拼桌吃。整個客天下景區的指引非常不到位，交通混亂，讓遊客像無頭蒼蠅一樣亂轉，私人住宅和私家車混在景區裏，遊樂設施隔的特別遠沒有明顯指示，太過於分散。但酒店服務員態度還是比較熱情的，自然風景值得一看，總的來説就是整體管理不到位。
