住的是高級大床，即使不是床單衞生問題，但沙發客房人員清理十分不到位，沙發枕頭拿開就看到幾個瓜子頭髮在，沙發就不是客人退房也要一併清理了嗎！！看到十分影響心情，感覺很不衞生！！極其不適！！

真的沒見過服務意識這麼差的前台服務，客户訂單都搞不清楚。預訂訊息明白清楚兩天房，辦入住房卡衹授權一天，第二天你是讓人進不進房間？非得再去前台辦一次。訂單明明含有早餐，餐廳門口大姐反覆確認10幾分鐘不讓進説沒有含，最後離店退房去前台確認又回覆説含有早餐，辦理入住也不發早餐券，真的不知道這前台服務是幹什麼的？差評。

差評，不會再住。
首先，兩個基礎房沒有窗户，預訂的高級房連住五天不能免費升級到有窗户的房型，fine，於是補了差價升級到豪華大床房，實際窗户不大且老舊，如圖。
其次，隔音很不好，隔壁房間看電視的聲音都能聽的一清二楚。
然後，讓人不能接受的是該酒店規定連住客房不打掃。在我強烈要求下，前台説可以簡單打掃，結果是衹收拾了垃圾，連床鋪都沒有整理，洗手枱地面肉眼可見的垃圾和毛髮也沒清理。前台的説法是連住不打掃是避免增加客户感染機率，但是有需要可以換房。這是什麼邏輯？難道不是每天換房比連住更容易被感染嗎？連住難道沒有付房費？還是房費付少了？憑什麼不打掃客房？後來前台告知説跟領導反映了，領導説如果連住客户有要求打掃房間的可以特殊給予打掃。！！！？？？麻煩搞搞清楚，不管是連住還是單住，保持客房清潔都是你們酒店該盡的本職工作，不是你們給的特殊優待！更不要拿疫情當藉口。
住過麗楓，但沒住過這麼差的麗楓。

1、衞生：洗手池還有水！馬桶沒沖乾淨，明顯有人尿完根本沒沖！
2、服務：我特地給前台説要安靜的，結果臨馬路，不是雙層玻璃，特別特別吵！服務不説差，明顯感覺沒受過培訓，細節方面容易讓人感覺被怠慢。
3、21世紀了，多喝兩瓶水還收費，我去住別的酒店，從來沒遇到喝水還收費，沒幾個錢，就覺得特噁心人。
梅州這個地方，三百多不便宜了，這衞生、服務和硬件，以後再也不來了。
