寵物半友好 頁面寫這收費攜帶，但是沒有寫明收費多少。check in的時候被告知收費30 沒有説明這三十是不是清潔費 反正就是要額外收30。
民宿是家庭式的 老闆一家都住在這棟 蠻安全 ，男老闆很nice 跟我們很細心講了圍屋 博物館 老街的情況！
周圍環境遛狗很艱難 沒有草坪 全都是車 …
對面是一個市場 喜歡逛市場的很爽

離高速出口很近，房間乾淨寬敞，有電梯直達，頂樓有露台可以晾曬衣服，出店一百米有家小吃店，地方小吃基本都有，味道不錯。就是打掃衞生時間安排太晚了，都從景點遊玩回來了才來打掃。

這家民宿位於郊區那一塊，環境還不錯，停車也方便，老闆人很好，應該是家庭式經營的。房間裏面的衞生還可以。唯一有點不太滿意的就是房間裏的煙味有點重。

非常不錯的一家民宿，非常乾淨，一樓一進門左手邊是書吧，可以在那裡看看書喝喝茶，一樓還有廚房，可以做飯，服務也是相當的好，前台小姐姐非常熱情。原本訂的大床房，看我一家三口免費給我升級了家庭雙床房（一張一米八大床+一張一米二小床），客房阿姨也是很熱情，民宿位置很好找，就在城西高速路口過來一些，離梅州西站很近，大概十分鐘左右的車程（不塞車前提下），兩公裡外面就是人民廣場，美食街挺多吃的。房間裏面非常乾淨整潔。這個價格物超所值，比很多大酒店賓館都值得。以後有需要還會再來，繼續住這個民宿

民宿設計很有格調，乾淨温暖，七樓大陽台可以洗衣晾曬。離周邊景點、好吃的餐館都不遠，自駕遊很便利。老闆和老闆娘非常好講話，春節期間車比較多，老闆都跑前跑後幫忙找停車位，介紹的醃麪店和餐廳都很好吃，而且價格實惠。
